To avoid delays please send us your complete address each time you order including zip code. Always let us know if we are shipping to a business address. Using a business address helps keep our UPS charges and your cost lower.

Shipping:

To calculate shipping determine your subtotal per destination and then refer to the chart on this page. When placing your order you may of course specify UPS or parcel post if you prefer. C.O.D. orders can be sent only to continental U.S. street addresses and cost an additional $4.75. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Foreign Shipping:

Because of postal requirements all Canadian orders are shipped Air Mail and are charged 25% of order subtotal. On overseas orders please indicate surface or air shipment. For surface add 50% of order subtotal. For air add 100% of order subtotal. We charge you the exact cost of shipping on all overseas addresses. If the payment you send is less or more than the exact shipping cost we will bill or credit you accordingly. Foreign customers with a credit card may call us any time at (864) 859-1563 and leave an order on our answering machine if desired.

Call Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST to speak with a customer service representative. Some staff members who speak Spanish French and Farsi are available some of the time. Foreign customers please note: we cannot guarantee safe arrival of surface mail going to most countries other than Canada Japan the British Isles and Western Europe. Orders going to Central and South America should be air mail only. Please pay for foreign orders in U.S. dollars only or by credit card. PLEASE NOTE: Since delivery to U.S. addresses can take up to three weeks we cannot research shipment dates for orders mailed less than three weeks earlier. If you have a question or complaint about an order you have received please mention the customer number and the date found in the upper right hand corner of your invoice.
