newly updated for Summer
2002!
Since we began doing mehndi art in 1998, we've
had some cool opportunities to work
with clients and festivals across the Midwest and East Coast of the U.S.
And now,
through our Bijani Mehndi website, we'll have a chance to show you even more
about henna temporary "tattooing," from its history and traditions to the
many people who have tried and loved this exotic and beautiful form of body
art hailing from India and Northern Africa. We'll also show you where we
can be found, so you can try Bijani Mehndi henna
art for yourself...

SUMMER 2002
Yahoooo! It's Summer 2002, and Bijani Mehndi is on the road!
Last summer saw us travelling all over with the big green Bijani
Mehndi tent,
as we participated in events like Farm Fest, Hiawatha Music Fest, Cherry
Festival,
the nationally-renowed Bliss Fest, and many more. This year, we're
adding even
more great festivals to our schedule, including Glen Rock, Pennsylvania's
Fairie
Festival...New York State's Clearwater Music & Environmental Festival...
and
Cleveland, Ohio's Open Air in Market Square...check out our
Festival Schedule
for all the details - we hope to see you this summer!
Also this year, we've added tons of new designs to our already gigantic
henna
design books - we've got traditional East Indian mehndi, African, Balinese,
Celtic,
European, South Pacific, South American, Native American, Tribal, Folk Art,
and Fantasy designs, so you'll have lots and lots of henna art choices for
your
own personal mehndi expression!
THANK YOU for your interest and patronage!

All of the mehndi work shown on this site was hand-drawn by Bijani
Mehndi artists!
