First a quote from me that I derived
from a combination of experiences with Outward Bound, Rescue Work and my
USAF background:
"Live, Learn, Love, Laugh and then Lead by Example"
And as a favorite fire chief used
to say,
"If it can't be done safely, we don't do it"
"Confusion is a gift, it only happens
when there isn't enough information to make a
decision"

Hi,
Just a little contribution for your humour site.
I used to work for a paint company who gave their staff a contribution toward
safety footwear or paid outright for certain styles. I went to stores selcted
the pair I wanted with antistatic soles and waited for them to be
forwarded by the manufacturer. At last my shoes arrived and I went to collect
them from stores. Imagine my delight when I spotted that the store man had
written "no charge" on the box!!

Hello,

the value of your life.
