March Meeting:

The March meeting is at Emerald Hill Equestrian Center. Please call Jen or Vince for directions.

Youth Corner:

The youth club is participating in the fundraiser for Herman Miller Park by assembling 2 gift baskets for the auction the second weekend of March.

The farm tour of Dana Arabians will be Saturday the 18th of March. Call for Carpool Info.

April 15th is the Youth Fair in Lynden and booth volunteers are needed. Plz call if interested.

The Youth Fun Series rides begin April 22nd. These rides are 10 miles and adults are welcome.

Jen and Vince of Emerald Hill Equestrian Center are generously allowing the use of their arena for an Arab Club open arena every Friday 5-10pm. $5.00 per horse.

For any questions or to make suggestions for youth participation, please contact Vince Squire, Youth Chairman.

February Meeting Highlights:

Old Business: Competitive Trail Rides: So far no dates set for WA State Horseman Rides, all rides are thru N.W. Competitive Trail Assoc. The Arab Club Spring Ride is a sanctioned 20 mile ride scheduled for April 30th. Call Jen, Ride Manager to volunteer to help.
Region V volunteers need to contact Betty Squire to sign up ASAP for prefered jobs.
The IAHA Legal Fund status is still unknown.
Please save your Zemectrin/Ivermectin boxes for the youth club....they are worth $1.00

New Business: We would like to express our condolences to the Schram Family in Vancouver on the passing of Mrs. Schram.
Please remember the deadline for newsletter submissions is the 25th of the previous month.

IT'S A WEDDING!!!!

Jennifer Lofquist and Vince Squire and their friends and family are excited to announce their nuptuals to take place on March 24th. The ceremony is private but everyone is invited to the reception at 6pm at Emerald Hill.
