Blufflands is made up of ARES members on the 507 area district in Minnesota. These members have made the decision to go one step above the normal ARES origination. The Blufflands members are required to have a backround check done and to participate in the training sessions arranged by the 507 Blufflands DEC and EC's.
Blufflands also is a member of the Southeast Minn Canine Search and Rescue and Midwest SAR. During call outs Blufflands members assist the Canine teams with communication support. We also participate in joint training exercises with the K-9 teams.
