What are these kits all about?

What I've tried to do with these playaid kits is to arrange and present a variety of information, in an organized and effective manner, using a minimum of space, that which a player needs to use throughout the course of playing one of these games. The main part of this process was creating the CRT/Rule Summary page which is found in each kit. I always include two copies of this sheet, one for each player (or team). Other items which might be found in a kit include a variety of off-map counter holding boxes, deployment displays, roster sheets for keeping track of weather, replacement points, etc. Some kits also come with a few home-made informational counters.

Examples of some of these items can be found here.

And how are they made?

All kit items are printed using a 600 dpi laser printer. Except for roster sheets, which are intended to be photo-copied and written on, all items are printed onto appropriately coloured, medium weight cardstock. When required, pages are then trimmed down to minimize wasted space (why use an 8 1/2 by 11 inch page when a 7 by 10 will do just as well?).

About myself.

My name is Brian Moore and I live in Vancouver, on Canada's beautiful west (and sometimes wet) coast. I've been creating and selling various playaid kits for over 14 years now and I'm pleased to be able to say that these kits are travelling far and wide! To date I've sold kits to gamers in such countries as England, Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Australia, and of course, Canada and the United States.
