Walter was the son of the Rev James Karran and Louisa. Walter
became a Reverend like his father before him. He married Margaret Scott. There were 5
children. All four boys were educated at King Williams College, Castletown.
Cyril became a doctor at a London hospital. James married Gertrude and lived in Guernsey. Walter married Angela Harding and later Phyllis O’Reilly. Jack served in the RAF during the Second War and stayed in until 1960 when he took a job with the Civil Aviation Authority in London. Jack lives near Hyde Park in London. Betty married ? Hornby and later became a magistrate in the Isle of Man. Betty lives near Douglas. |
