BOOMER'S INTERNATIONAL WEB SITE
|
Welcome
 |

I am the Founder and President of the Stuttgart/Ludwigsburg
American High School Alumni Association. We are always looking
for alumni who 'attended' the high school and faculty during
it's 40 year existence (1952-92). There is also an organization,
Overseas Brats (OSBPres@aol.com), who is a central group for all
the American high schools overseas (DoDDS, State Department
and Private). Is there anyway I/we can let your subscribers
know that if they attended an American high school overseas
they have an alumni association looking for them? Most schools
have reunions throughout the U.S. every 2-4 years.
I appreciate your help in locating our classmates,
Patricia Hein

I'm an int'l boomer that has lived half of her life in Germany
and half in the U.S. I must say that the second half, of course,
is quite different and more enjoyable, even with many trials
and tribs in recent years.

I was stationed in Germany, in Bremerhaven, in 1968, while in the army.
It was an enjoyable experience I especially enjoyed the food, great
beer, of course.

Hi Guys!
Thought I had added a message, but it is not
showing up. Went to N.O. and stayed at the Hampton.
It was still great, but hot as you know where!
The free concerts down there at the River Walk are
great. They have had the Platters, Coasters...
We have not heard them since we were in diapers, right?
Went to Nashville to my B.C. Convention. Had a great time.
Nashville would be a fun place for a reunion. We have a
classmate there that I think would be willing to do it someday.
Opryland Hotel has got to be one of the finest hotels in the world.
I could live there. Ha! That was my third stay. They now have
a boat ride inside the hotel. Out of this world. Have not
talked with anyone in a while. Talked to Brent before his
anniversary weekend. Brent, why don't you write us a note?
Got any bright ideas on keeping contact? Talk to us! I know
you check these messages. Robin , still thinking about a
newsletter? Would be nice to get one out about this AOL
connection. We need more contacts, right? Wonder what
happened to Roger? Well guess I better go and get some
work done! Until next time...

Hey, Desma,
I know I should be shot for not having called you yet.
Sorry!!!!! Ever since I got back from N.O. my life has
been going in every possible direction. Yes, there will
be a newsletter and mailing list. I'm getting ready to
move but promise I will call you very, very soon. Glad
you had fun in N.O. Haven't heard from anyone except
Frank Dolce and Penny but we never connected. Not
sure what happened.
Take Care,
Robbin
P.S. Any good pictures from the reunion?!

If any of you we at Bar-Ilan Univ. Between July 1973
and January 1978 I would like to hear from you. I had
some great times in Bar-Ilan. It would be nice to meet
old aquaintances.

I wondered when I'd finally find you guys on line!
I wish I could have gone to the reunion but husband went
to Promise Keepers that weekend and I was being the good
mom with my kids. Anybody get any pictures? I hope to go
to the next one. Don't know too many CDLers here in Richmond.

Hi! Thought I'd lost touch with you! How are you doing?
What have you been up to?! Rosie Hendrix has pictures and
so does Frank Dolce and Desma Tettleton. Am divorced and
living in the same place but am fixing to move. Work for
Compaq Computer Corp. and love it! Mary Kay is still here
in Houston as a Deputy Sheriff. Did you know that there is
a Website for CDL? I am doing a newsletter and if I can
ever get my act together I am supposed to handle the mailing
list. I will write more later. Glad to hear from you!
Take Care,
Robbin

Grew up in West Covina. Went to Europe in 1967 (where we met).
Lost track of her in 1970. She was married and had one kid.
Anyone know where she is?
