Hi from Camarillo.....

I bought a house here when I was 17 (paid $23,000.00 for it "choke" !!) 
I have been here for the past 22 years and LOVE it!!  Couldn't ask for 
a better climate.  I feel like I have the best of both worlds.  45 min 
to Santa Barbara one direction.... and about the same distance to LA, 
Hollywood, Malibu and a myriad of other places in the other directions. 
Not long ago I went on a boat ride to the Anacapa Islands... saw whales,
seals, birds, assorted marine life..... incredible!!!

Ventura County is wonderful!!
