AppMaker CD #13
AppMaker CD #13 was mailed from the East coast, USA during the week that started September 28, 2000.
The AppMaker Installer asks a question: Do you want "AppMaker" to be able to run on all Macintosh computers? If you answer Yes, AppMaker will be a fat binary which can run on 68K or PPC machines. If you answer No, the installer will make a thin binary which will run only on your kind of machine.
Mac OS X - July 10
This is an interim update to support Mac OS X. It provides a Carbonized version of AppMaker and tweaks for AppMaker's code generators, libraries, and project stationery. AppMaker has long generated Carbon-compatible code. Now AppMaker itself is carbonized. We've tweaked the C++ and PowerPlant code generators to register custom control definitions. And we've added a 'plst' resource.
We tested with Universal Headers 3.4, Carbon 1.3b5, CodeWarrior Pro 6 (IDE 4.1), PowerPlantĘb211fc1, and with Mac OS X, 9.1, and 8.6.
After downloading and expanding, run the updater. It will update several files, then copy the AppMaker library files and project stationery to your CodeWarrior folder.
