MUTANTS

They can be found anywhere, in almost any state. The mutation can take on strange, alien forms bearing little likeness to the original. Old Stuckey's hulks spawn used car lots, breakfast greasy spoons, video rental outlets, or even topless joints.

This spotter's guide is intended to document the known sightings of FSB's (Former Stuckey's Buildings). Of course, many have fallen prey to the bulldozer and upscale "roadside boutique" of modern day road travel. Still, many remain. Click on a state to view the known living examples.

THE SIGNS:
1. Ugly blue roof, or in rare instances, the classic turquoise
2. Concrete island out front where gas pumps stood.
3. In the case of abandoned stores, "REST ROOMS" letters in back left corner of building.

YOUR HELP IN DOCUMENTING THESE SIGHTINGS IS SOLICITED. Earn YOUR fifteen minutes of internet fame! Send email with particulars on any FSB's along with, if possible,a Jpeg image. A picture of a really creative morph would certainly rate a place of prominence on these humble pages. All contributors will be credited.
