Helena Swatt has planned a viewing of "Illustrating Connecticut, People, Places and Things" - an exhibit exploring the history and culture of Connecticut through the art of illustration - at the Housatonic Community College in Bridgeport. Late Spring 2008 A planned workshop of Gravestone Rubbing will be given. We have received permission to conduct this within a local cemetery. Guidelines for rubbing will be given so as not to deface or harm the old stones in any way. The day will include a picnic, so hope for favorable weather!
