Campfire Pit Outside An Adirondack (Jeff Rogers)

Rotary
Lodge
Added to
Manitou in 1970, Rotary Lodge is a
self-contained electrically heated facility. The lodge has platform bunk sleeping for 40
in the upper level with separate adult bunks on the main floor.
The lower level contains a fully equipped kitchen, washrooms
and large eating and / or activity area. |

Rotary lodge overlooks a large activity field with its own
fire pit and bench seating.
Other lodge features include; deck, hot and cold running
water and complete kitchen / eating utensils.

McLaughlin Lodge

"Mac Lodge" is the original Camp Manitou
facility and has been upgraded with a complete kitchen facility, sleeping bunks for 40
youth and separate bunks for adults. Separate
washroom facilities are located within 200' of the lodge. McLaughin Lodge contains a large
indoor wood burning fireplace (currently out of service), electric heating and hot and cold running water. |
Close to the lodge is a fire pit set in an amphitheater that
can accommodate both small and large groups.

Adirondacks
There are two Adirondack
shelters within the camp located away from the lodges and activity fields. Both sleep

and have fire pits and picnic tables for use by older youth. |

Patrol Cabin

|
This structure will be closed
and removed in Spring 2004.
This Patrol Cabin area has been
designated as the site of the Doug Edey Memorial
Adirondacks being constructed in 2004.
