Ad Altare Dei Program

The Ad Altare Dei Program was designed to provide an opportunity to foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each Scout by encouraging them to actively live out their Catholic faith. The program for Ad Altare Dei includes eight chapters, one of introduction and each remaining covers one of the Seven Sacraments. Each Scout that goes through the program needs to be at least out of sixth grade and a Catholic Scout that has been acive in the Troop for at least six months, before beginning this program.

There are three Scouts in Troop #410 who received the Ad Altare Dei Religious Emblem on March 27th, 1999. Any members of Troop #410 or other Troops that are interested in the Ad Altare Dei Program are welcomed to contact me by e-mail: Jason T. Nagle. Or visit the Diocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting Web Site.
