We believe there are several factors that distinguish "fine food". At Cabrina's, our seafood, meats, produce and dairy products must meet our strict sensory requirements. To meet our sensory requirements, the food must be visually inspected (for proper color, overall appearance), aromatically inspected (proper fragrance) and physically inspected (for proper texture). Once the food is selected, it is then arranged in our originally created dishes.
