Almost nothing is known about the Tinker family, including the name of Thomas Tinker's wife and son. The Tinker family all died the first winter. Thomas Tinker was a wood-sawyer, and on 6 January 1617 was granted citizenship in Leyden with sponsors Abraham Gray and John Keble.
