Roger Wilder came to America on the Mayflower as a servant to the family of John Carver. He died the first winter. He is probably the same person as the Roger Wilder bp. 28 December 1595 in Rotherwick, Hampshire, England, because there are no other known Roger Wilder baptisms between 1570 and 1620.
