On 11 March 1616, Thomas Williams witnessed the betrothal of his sister Elizabeth in Leyden, Holland. He is recorded in the marriage record as having been from Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. The parish registers of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk show a Thomas Williams son of John and Judith bp. 12 August 1582, and an Elizabeth Williams daughter of John and Judith bp. 9 January 1591.
There is a John Williams mentioned in an 11 April 1619 Leyden document, but it is unknown whether this is a relation.
