The shooters first assemble their target bag from the target list. This bag goes to the range with them and contains all the materials to set up each station.

Then, they read the Scenario. Based on the information contained within the scenario, they assemble a haversack with will contain items they deem necessary to be able to complete the mission given in the scenario. Their knowledge of history, woods lore, and survival will be the key to packing the correct items.

Once the packet of dispatches are opened at the range, there is no turning back. The match must be completed or scored as a ZERO. Any contingincies the shooter runs in to must be solved with items contained within his shooting pouch or haversack. As the match progressed, and everyone turned in their scores, the shooter's chose their blanket prize using this interactive "Prize Picker."
