Hello, and welcome! This web site is devoted to a unique type of
vacation, a walking trip in Britain. Since we're Americans, a lot of our information
is written from that perspective, but hopefully no matter where you are situated, you will
find something of interest. You can use this site to vicariously come along with us
on a re-creation of a walking holiday we did in April of 2005. Or you can browse our
pages of useful information to help you plan your own adventure walking the endless
footpaths of Britain. Both sections of our site are richly illustrated with pictures
from our trip, and our information section also has links to many more sources that may be
