The designs of these canoes are the intellectual property of the designer and are protected by international copyright. As such, the plans and/or stations are provided for personal use for the construction of one (1) canoe only.

Use of the plans and/or stations for any commercial purposes, and/or: the sale of, the distribution of, the transfer of the plans and/or stations to any other party than the original purchaser is expressly prohibited without our written consent. Commercial use requires our written consent and additional Licensing Fees.

When you purchase the plans you will be provided with a license number decal issued solely to you, and you agree to apply this number permanently on your canoe for identification purposes. The license number decal is to be applied on the inside of the canoe hull, sealed under the fiberglass cloth, near the center of the canoe, a few inches below the inner gunwale, not obstructed from view.

With the plans, you will receive a pair of "Logo"decals, in which you may apply to each side of the canoe, on the outside of the hull, sealed under the fiberglass cloth, a few inches below the outer gunwales, at either the bow or stern or center.
The "Seneca 140", "Chataukwa", "Northcreek 160", "Keshequa 170", "Indienne", "Guide 185", "O-At-Ka" and "Outback 200" canoe plans/designs/model names are copyrighted, and are trademarks of Valley Woodworking, it's Owner(s) and/or Proprietor(s).
