DUTIES OF HOST CLUBS AT ALL CCASA GALAS

 

 

Host club will please provide personnel to carry out the following duties

 

 

 

CLERKS OF THE COURSE (Competitors Stewards)   -   At least two people to organise swimmers for events including the Finals.

 

PRESENTATION STEWARD   -   One person to hand out medals during the Gala.

 

RUNNER   -   One person to assist recorders with the publishing of results and Finalists or to convey messages for the Referees or Announcer etc.

 

WARM UP MARSHALL   -   At least one person to assist the Chief Warm Up Marshall

 

WARM UP POOL STEWARD   -   One person to supervise and control the Warm Up Pool during the Gala.

 

FAULTY START ROPE OPERATOR   -   One person to operate faulty start rope.

 

POOLSIDE DRINKS   -   Personnel to distribute drinks to Officials, Coaches and Guests during the gala. (Squash and Plastic Cups to be provided by the Host Club).

 

DOOR STEWARDS   -   To sell Programmes (admission is free).If Host Club wishes to they may organise a raffle on behalf of their own club. Raffle draw to be arranged by Host Club programmes will not be numbered. No alcohol or glass items may be offered as raffle prizes.

 

 

 

Please note you will need a minimum of   8   people to carry out these duties. If you do not have the personnel within your Club please ask other Clubs to help you.
