Refraction, Parallel Edges: An Experiment by Drawing
A HyperCard stack is used to display a lesson in refraction by giving the user instructions on how to set up a drawing using a piece of flat glass with parallel edges and then calculate the index of refraction for that piece of glass. This stack is part of a series of participatory lab.'s in reflection, refraction and diffraction complete with objectives
and detailed instructions. These self-guiding stacks are experiments conducted in optics with a minimum of equipment and a maximum of freedom to enjoy teaching.
