                               Federal Sector Labor Forum

The purpose for creating the Federal Labor Forum is for the exchange of information about Federal Labor and Federal Employment Regulations. If you wish to receive information from this forum, you must include your email address on the list.  The regular mailings will consists of your emails forwarded to all on the list. So after you add your address to the list, send emails  to: cfr5@aol.com with your labor "stories," or other information that you would like to share with others who are interested in Federal Sector Labor.  When you send an email to Cfr5@aol.com , you must indicate if it is private or to be sent to all members of the Forum - UNEDITED - so please be careful of what you post.  You are solely responsible for your posts!  Additionally, other general information of interest to Labor and Federal Locals will be included. My Background

Robbie Robertson, who has over 28 years working with the Federal Government, in all areas of Personnel Management (Human Resources), Labor Relations and Administration.  Including positions as: Staffing Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist, Classifier, Personnel Management Specialist, Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, and Civilian Personnel Officer. Before retiring, he was as a Labor Relations Officer, at a Major Command Level in the Air Force and provided assistance to 18 Air Force Bases. Additionally, he served with the American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO as a Supervisory National Representative and Administrative Assistance to the Fifth District National Vice President, for 12 years. Giving him a combined total of 40 years experience. He is now retired and does some limited service as a Labor Consultant to unions and management.

Any Federal Sector Local may receive FREE advice on their negotiation proposals, problems, grievance, ULP, MSPB Case, EEO, & etc.  Briefly describe your problem in an email to me (email link below) and I will respond with my recommendation.  Then you can use it or discard it!  Try it you may like it.
