In 1993, I created this site both to better serve my clients and to illustrate the importance of technology in the food industry.  Since then, a number of people have stopped by, several from places as far away as Russia, Israel, and the Philippines.  Some are clients; some have become clients.  And more than a few students needed help with their term papers...  To all of you, thank you for your interest!

And if this is your first time here, let me explain a bit about my services.  I started out about fifty years ago in the cold-storage, construction and food-processing businesses.   Since then, I have not only watched but fostered the growth of those industries. For example, I have been Chairman of the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses, President of the Refrigeration Research Foundation, and Director of the National Frozen Food Association. I conceived and fully developed the concept of design/build process for food industry facilities and created in excess of two billion cubic feet of low-temperature space for public and private corporations in the United States. As your consultant, I offer you insight gained from many years of hands-on experience.

I embrace technology--the best as soon as it is available and implementation is commercially feasible. To me, it's a necessary tool in helping a corporation deliver the highest quality product or service at a profit in an ever-more competitive industry. In numerous instances, I have urged my clients to adopt and assisted in the development of innovative, cost-saving procedures and techniques.

Let me know how I may serve you! Please contact me via e-mail or call me at (904) 733-6233.
