Cartoons of any type are available and work will be created on speculation for those who are seriously interested in using cartoons in their publications. This service is available anywhere in the United States and througout the world. Fees are highly variable and are based on your budgeted ability to pay. I will negotiate any reasonable offers. Regular full-time use of these cartoons carry priority over one-shot deals but all inquiries will be entertained. Tight deadlines are not a problem as work is available in digital files (TIFF, JPEG, GIF) and can be electronically transferred. Also, cartoons can be done in black & white as well as color.
