Jim Shannon graduated in 1980 from the Culinary Institute of America, NY. After polishing his skills at award winning restaurants in South Florida, Atlantic City, and Philadelphia, he moved to California. For more than 10 years he worked for the Hilton Hotels Corporation where he became the Banquet Chef and Chef in charge of Golden Globe Award, American Music Award and the American Film Marketers Festival in Beverly Hills, CA. His extraordinary talent brought him to the  Crowne Plaza Hotel, White Plains, NY  as the Executive Chef
