Every country has surveillance systems.  It was used to investigate spies, terrorists, anti-drugtraffickers, and control crimes.  After WWII, invisibility technology was developed successfully to use on human by US Navy and added into some countries' surveillance systems.
So, since 1960s, US FBI agents, police chiefs and involved police have secretly used the invisibility technology in US to develop a very effective surveillance system ( see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1a3.htm )..
However, current invisible personnel (involved police/agents, and recruited operatives) are not loyal to their respective countries.  How can I prove the conclusion?
Because the invisibility technology is neither used for National Security purpose (investigating spies and terrorists), nor is it used to control crimes (see details on Part II-A30, or http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a30.htm   )
Why would this situation happen?
There are two main reasons:
(1). After WWII, US former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover made a secret agreement with many foreign intelligence chiefs (including Capitalist and Communists countries) to advance their personal interests/power. This secret agreement was underground and unlawful because it was secretly made by both countries' intelligence chiefs (e.g. FBI Hoover and Taiwan Chiang Ching-Kuo) without both countries' President and Congress' knowledge. The secret agreement included that these involved agents/police (who use invisibility technology) would help each other (foreign agents/police) to find out any target's secrets, activities and secretly control the target's life/health both domestically and internationally.   Since US originally had secret agreements with many foreign countries to collect intelligence during WWII. After WWII and President Roosevelt died, no other public official knew about it. Thus,  Hoover easily took the chance to secretly cooperate with foreign intelligence chiefs to develop an underground global intelligence and life control network to serve their personal interests and advance their power. After that, FBI Director Hoover could secretly discover any target's secrets and control any important American's activities and life/health in the world.  These invisible personnel of every country will only use this underground network to advanced their personal interests/power and will not use it for national security. Why?  Since this underground global spying and life control network included capitalist and communist countries, their common ground is personal interests/power but not national security (see details on http:/members.aol.com/alanyu5/part3a1.htm ).

(2). After these invisible personnel can use illness/death inducing techniques to secretly control everyone's lives/health, they became corrupted and try to be the secret ruling class behind scene in every country.  Thus, after US FBI director Hoover (and Taiwan Chiang Ching-Kuo) died, the cooperation and underground global intelligence and life control network are still kept by every country's involved agents/police (who use invisibility technology) to advance their personal power/interests.
I would like to use Taiwan and US as examples to explain it in details.

1. The invisibility technology using in Taiwan:  According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the personnel and their equipment become invisible, tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate after using invisibility technology on them (see details on Part II-A from my webpage). Thus, after wearing a propulsion device, every invisible personnel can move/fly as a flying ant to secretly enter others' homes/office, vehicles, etc. through tiny space (like electric system).  Thus, they can secretly spy on anyone at one's home/office, vehicle, etc. without evidence of an intruder. If they land on the victim's head, they can use equipment such as mind machine to read the victim's mind. If they land on victim's body, they can use their weapons to target victim's vital organs to induce illness/death. But so far, their scientists still cannot explain why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field. Also, they can murder anyone anywhere and make the death appearing as natural causes. Why? There are three reasons: (a). Leaving no evidence of an intruder: by using death inducing techniques, the tiny invisible personnel can murder their targets at victims' homes/office, vehicle, etc. and always leave no evidence of an intruder. (b). leaving no external signs of injury on victim's body:  By using Psy (e.g. radio-frequency weapon, infrasound) weapons, they can kill a target and leave no external signs of injury on victim's body (c).  Leaving no evidence of a struggle: Since unknowing target will not know his pain is caused by invisible personnel's attack, he will not resist and leave no evidence of a struggle. Obviously, with this kind of murder/assassination, an unsuspecting coroner (or a doctor of hospital) will easily mistaken the victim's  death as the result of natural causes (e.g. Florida. Governor Lawton Chiles' case -see details on Part II-C2 of my webpage).  Even if some victims' relatives didn't believe that these victims died from the natural causes, involved police can still rule these victims' deaths were the results of natural causes with the three reasons (no evidence of an intruder, a struggle and no signs of external injury).  So, they can easily close these murder cases that committed by invisible personnel (see Part II-C4, or http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c4.htm).

This secret surveillance system is an unlawful life control communist surveillance system because it was established based on atheism, materialism & communism. Why? I would use Taiwan as an example to explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its atheistic and materialistic beliefs. He believes that God does not exist. So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in his/her life would not be a factor in his decision. He also believes that human beings are purely composed of materials and without souls. So, he regards people's lives as properties, and in communism, properties do not belong to individuals and can be distributed. During 1950s, these beliefs led him to establish a life control communist surveillance system that control everyone's life in Taiwan through the use of invisible personnel, psychotronic weapons, and illness/death inducing techniques.

Although all Taiwan's people have been indoctrinated with Dr. Sun's three principles of the people, these invisible personnel's beliefs are different. Why? Because Atheism, materialism and communism are the beliefs behind life control surveillance system, and all of the invisible personnel and their operatives are specially trained to believe these doctrines. These beliefs will change their mentalities to treat other persons just like objects/materials. Thus, they can cruelly control others' lives and induce illness/death on any target without hesitation. When advancing their interests, invisible personnel would toy with people's health or kill people using psychotronic weapons.

Beside same beliefs, these invisible personnel's activities prove that they are secret life control communists and worse than regular communists. Why? Regular communists want to control all materials and re-distribute wealth and properties to establish a system that keep communists as the ruling class. But these invisible personnel are worse than regular communists. Why? In stead control all materials, these invisible personnel use mind control technologies and life control weapons to control everyone's life/health and manipulate their thoughts. They will "distribute" illness/death on their targets to manipulate events in favor of their own interests. So, these invisible personnel can become a secret ruling class "pulling the strings behind the scene" (e.g. they secretly induced death on Chiang Kai-Shek's vice president Cheng-Chen to help Chiang Ching-Kuo becoming the successor of Taiwan President). So, based on these invisible personnel's secret activities, they can be described as secret life control communists.

Chiang Ching-Kuo also believes that all the people need to be spied on and controlled (like in communist society) to maintain control over country. To achieve this, the invisible personnel must be able to mind/life control everyone's lives and control people's work, assets, and incomes. Thus, his invisible personnel recruited operatives and collaborators from every walk of life (e.g. Banking system, hospital system, Justice/court system, education system, transportation system, business, finance & insurance system, food market, hotel/restaurants, temples/churches, many different media, psychics, psychiatric institutions, etc.). These operatives are used to mind/life control their co-workers/relatives/neighhbors/associates when needed. This allow them to maintain total control over the country.

Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility technology from all other public officials (including the President Chiang Kai-Shek, etc.). The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with them. President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology because of a loyal intelligence agent who secretly notified him of it after the invisible personnel injured his knee (see details on Part II-A of my webpage).

When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they would betray their biological relatives, and even countries. Why would they betray their relatives and countries? According to Taiwan's inside information, there is a secret agreement between every country's invisible personnel. Part of their secret agreement is that these invisible personnel belong to a secret international life control group/organization. Also, an invisible personnel would treat other invisible personnel (even invisible personnel of other countries) as if they were their new "blood brothers/sisters." (This is also like how gangs are organized. They will swear an oath to be each other's "blood brothers/sisters"). In the invisible personnel's mind, they no longer treat their biological relatives as family anymore. Why? In the invisible personnel's mind, their organization is their "real" family and are more important than their biological relatives. Their unlawful interests/power and future are tie to the organization. Thus, after they treat other invisible personnel as their new "blood relatives", they don't regard their biological relatives as their family anymore. Furthermore, these biological relatives will be treated as potential life/mind control targets. When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they would betray their biological relatives (e.g. Chiang Kai-Shek was injured by the invisible operatives of Chiang Ching-Kuo).

Also, the relationship between these invisible personnel of many countries can be described as communist' slogan - "There is no national border between them." Because the members of international invisible personnel are like a new big family. They will share intelligence information, new life control weapon and illness/death inducing techniques with each other. They will also help each other to induce illness/death on any target. So, they can secretly control anyone's life in the world to advance their unlawful interests/power. Thus, these secret life control communists (invisible personnel) do not believe that they belong to any country. So, they are not loyal to their countries, nor to their political Party. 2. The invisibility technology using in US: After US Navy secretly developed invisibility technology to used on human successfully. The US invisible personnel started to learn mind control technology. US's mind control technology was mostly learned from two countries (Nazi German and Soviet Union communists). US learned mind control technology from Nazi scientists after WWII and conduct their first mind control research project in 1947 called "Chatter",

To cruelly control others' lives/health and induce illness/death on anyone, these invisible personnel totally accepted the communists' beliefs of atheism, materialism, and communism. Why? When advancing their interests, invisible personnel would toy with people's health or kill people using psychotronic weapons. These invisible personnel's secret life control activities and cooperation with
foreign nationals have also been going on in secret for several decades (see details on Part III-A1 of my webpage). Consequently, preserving their unlawful life control power has become invisible personnel's first priority. Nothing can stand in its way, not even US national security. By using life control method, they want to be the real ruling class forever as similar as communists. To conceal their goals of being real ruling class (as communists) in every country in the world, these invisible personnel currently only want to be the secret ruling class to pull the strings
behind scene in every country (e.g. during an important election, they will manipulate it to advance their unlawful interests and power).   For example, these invisible personnel had murdered Senator Paul Coverdell to damage George W Bush's Presidential campaign in 2000  (see details on

Jimmy Carter administartion (e.g. National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brezezinski ) supported law enforcement (FBI agents and police) to use mind control technology to influence the society and control Americans.  In 1970,  Zbigniew Brezezinski (later National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter) predicted a "more controlled and directed society" would gradually appear, linked the technology.  This society would be dominated by an elite group which impresses voters by allegedly superior scientific know- how." (see details later in the article- Title : Building a more controlled and directed  society).  Unfortunately, these invisible personnel became corrupted after they secretly control anyone's life/health with illness/death inducing techniques.  But, they mistakenly believed that they were an elite group who would dominate and influence the society as the original prediction of Mr. Zbigniew Brezezinski to involved agents/police in 1970.  However, instead of impresses voters by allegedly superior scientific know-how, they use life control method to damage their target's campaign then influence the voters' choice.

Their secret life control power, common interests, common goal and common beliefs have caused these invisible personnel in every country to become a secret international life control communist group who will pursue their unlawful interests/power against their governments (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part3a1.htm ).

• How can prove that invisible personnel exist and use so-called nonlethal (psy) weapons and mind control equipment (microwave voice device) on American people?  There are nineteen reasons to prove it (see details on Part II-A1 of my webpage).  The following information is only one of them.

Who is Col. John Alexander?
Since 1993, Col. John Alexander is deeply involved in unlawful life control surveillance system and has directed to develop many so-called non-lethal (psychotronic) weapons for law enforcement involved agents and police  (see details on Part IV-A3 of my webpage).

In the notorious 1980 article "The New Mental Battlefield" in Military Review, When describing Soviet development of psychotronic weapons, John Alexander stated that "The ability to ..cause disease can be transmitted over distance, thus  inducing illness or death for no apparent cause."

When describing US's research, John Alexander stated: "The use of psychotronic weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator.  Inventor Robert Pavlita claims that no special psychic ability is necessary to charge the generator. The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to detect and would require only a human operator as a power source."  (see details on MILITARY REVIEW ENGLISH EDITION- DECEMBER 1980 - THE NEW MENTAL BATTLEFIELD). However, to prevent their secrets (invisibility technology and unlawful life control) from leaking, Col. Alexander didn't explain that why "The psychotronic weapon ..require only a human operator as power source."  So, to  void the public confusing on it , I will explain it in details with two points.

First point: this secret is related with invisibility technology.
Based on John Alexander's above words, it proves that when using the psychotronic (aka non-lethal) weapon, the human operator need to be physically present (in scene) at same place as his target to be a power source. Obviously, the human operator's functions at scene are two. First one is to control the weapon to attack his target. Second function is that he will also be the weapon's power source (this will be explained in details on Second point). Thus, when the victims are attacked with radio-frequency (psychotronic) weapon, or heard "microwave voices", there must be some human operators at same place (scene) as their victims to use their psychotronic weapons (radio-frequency weapon or microwave voice device) on their victims. However, according to victims' reports (see details on following source), all victims who complained of being "zapped by radio waves" or heard "voices" never saw anybody use radio-frequency weapon, or microwave voice device against them where they were victimized.

When elderly parents and young children in the family become targets for apparent purposes of intimidation.  This situation has been reported in eight of  our cases, to date.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that, if she valued the lives of her children, she would drop her public opposition to the company's installation of high power lines.  Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization for treatment of illnesses which cannot be diagnosed.  It is also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally-induced auditory ["hearing" microwave voices - Alan Yu note] input.

*Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention thus far. FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or "are hearing voices..."

"* Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene. The tendency of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the ravings of a "fruitcake." In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment.

Why didn't the above victims see anybody attack them with psychotronic weapons (e.g. radio-frequency weapon, microwave voice device)?

Because these human operators and weapons have become tiny and invisible with the use of  invisibility technology.  So, they didn't see these attackers because these attackers are invisible.   Combined John Alexander's article with these victims' experiences, it proves that invisibility technology has been used by local involved agents & police and their recruited operatives to make them and their weapons become invisible.  Thus, those personnel can use their weapons (or microwave voice device) on their targets without being seen. The facts tell that invisibility technology has  been used by non-lethal weapons users.  However, these victims had been falsely accused of being "mentally disturbed" to keep the invisibility technology a secret (like above reported cases).  Based on MICROWAVE NEWS  Nov/Dec 1993 reported, State and local law enforcement have obtained so-called nonlethal weapons (microwave weapon, radio-frequency, etc.) and mind control equipment (see details on following Source).  The victims mentioned earlier cannot get help from local police (include police of University) and FBI because three reason (a). Some of them might directly cause the harassment, (b). Some of them in on the conspiracy of psychotronic harassment of the victim. So, they will not really help. (c). Some of police and FBI agents have no knowledge on invisibility technology. So, they are unable to help.

Also, some victims (who tried to escape hearing the microwave voices) reported that they kept hearing microwave voice in head during their trips by bus and in hotel. These victims cannot know how could it happen.  The real answer  is that these tiny invisible personnel fly and hide onto their head to deliver microwave voices in the victims' heads.  Thus, no matter where the victims are, they will keep hearing the microwave voices.

Furthermore, the following information tells that Col. John Alexander is dedicated to the development of technologies (including advanced nonlethal weapons and mind reading technology) for invisible personnel/warriors.

Alexander is dedicated to the development of a super-human soldier with enhanced abilities leading to an "invisible warrior."

This information suit facts because Col. Alexander and Janet Morris established the concept of nonlethal weapon.  Both of Col. Alexander & Janet Morris have developed so-called nonlethal (psychotronic) weapons and mind control technology (including Russian mind machine, subliminal message device, etc.)  for US law enforcement officers.

The above information further confirm that the above conclusion that nonlethal weapons users have used invisibility technology is true.  It also proves that inside information from Taiwan about invisibility technology has been used in surveillance station/system is completely true.

The human body, much like a computer, contains myriad data processors. Yet the body is capable not only of being deceived, manipulated, or misinformed but also shut down or destroyed -- -- such as electromagnetic, vortex, or acoustic energy waves -- or creates through its own electrical or chemical  stimuli can be manipulated or changed just as the data (information) in any hardware system can be altered. Using a psychotronic generator, invisible personnel can attack their targets through a nearby electronic device (e.g. TV, microwave oven, lamps, high beam, etc.) installed in people's homes/offices, cars, boats, planes, and public buildings (school, hospital, shopping center, banks, stores, light poles, etc.).

It means that in by using a Psychotronic generator in today's society, many electronic device become hidden psychotronic weapons because invisible personnel can use a nearby electronic device to attack a target. These electronic and radiation hidden psychotronic weapons are household appliances (e.g. monitor, TV, radio networks, microwave oven, incandescent lamps), or telephone lines, supply pipes, lamps, high beam and already exist in light poles, lawn mowers, cars, boats, planes, etc. .Also, these hidden psychotronic weapon already exist everywhere such as in people's homes/offices, vehicles, or public building (bank, school, supermarket, shopping center, etc.,). Thus, there are always psychotronic weapons surrounding a citizen, no matter where the citizen is. Thus, if they want to attack a target, it only needs an operator who use a psychotronic generator (as power source) to power the nearby electronic device (psychotronic weapons) and attack the target from the target's home/workplace, vehicle, or from a bank, shopping center, light poles, etc. So, no matter a person is at work, or in car, or at home, invisible personnel can threaten his life/health with a psychotronic generator and without being seen by anyone. In other words, a person can be attacked everywhere in modern society by invisible personnel. For example, by using the invisibility technology to secretly enter a target's home, involved police, agents & recruited operatives can use the psychotronic generator to produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation (or radio waves) to attack a target at his home through TV, monitor, microwave oven, telephone lines, supply pipes, and lawn mower in his yard. Obviously, under such kind of circumstance, local involved agents, police and recruited civilian operatives can control Americans' lives with invisibility technology, illness/death inducing techniques and so-called nonlethal (psychotronic) weapons.

• How could invisible personnel (involved agents, police & recruited operatives) of surveillance station/system become corrupted to unlawfully control everyone's lives?

Originally, the invisible personnel of surveillance system were supposed to work for government as public servants to keep citizens under surveillance and control crimes.  However, after the development of illness/death inducing techniques, the invisible personnel went too far by unlawfully using these techniques to control Americans' lives.  Power corrupts  and absolute power corrupts absolutely! After these involved agents and police (invisible personnel) can unlawfully control Americans' lives, they don't really follow public officials' orders anymore and  become corrupted.  Thus, these invisible personnel are not public's servants anymore, but pursue to be the masters of everyone.

Beside using illness/death inducing techniques to control everyone's lives, they use mind control technology to affect public officials' decisions, and influence government's activities to pursue their own unlawful interests (for example, they caused some mind control school shootings to pursue gun control- see details on Part II-D1, D2 of my webpage).  So, their secret activities tell that they don't want to be our government's followers but pursue to become underground's controllers of our government, the public and laws.  Thus, these invisible personnel (involved agents, police & recruited operatives) use the illness/death inducing techniques to remove obstacles to their interests (see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4 of my webpage).   Now, let me explain in details how could these invisible personnel become corrupted.

After learn their history and how they develop the mind control technology and illness/death inducing techniques for invisible personnel, readers will know that absolute power cause the invisible personnel to become corrupted.

No longer restricted to passively gathering information, they can actively enter into targets' homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. and conduct operations without being discovered (see details on Part II-A of my webpage).  This motivated US Navy to learn mind control technology from Nazi scientists after WWII.  Also, some US agencies started to develop mind control technologies, illness/death inducing techniques, bodily control methods and EM mind machine for the invisible personnel from 1947-1970s.

In the 1960s, there were many riots in the streets to protest the Vietnam War and US government's foreign policies.  To control the citizens' behaviors & stop riots, the invisible personnel and mind control technologies had been transferred for use in the US local surveillance system. The original goal is to control riots.  Unfortunately, after the invisible personnel secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. to keep people under close surveillance and control, they have abused their abilities.  To protect their unlawful interests and powers, they use most time to spy on all important Americans who can affect their interests (from the President, Secretaries, Governors, Congressmen, to civilians, and unlawfully control their lives .  But, using less time to control criminals and riots.   To prove my statement is true, I would used two facts to prove it.

First, there is a Congressional record.

According to Congressional record on April 22, 1971, House Majority Leader Boggs said: "Today, as we in the Congress undertake to recover and restore the people's liberty, we find that it is ourselves who are under surveillance, ourselves who are prisoners of the power which our silence permitted to come into being.  Mr. Speaker, 1984 is closer than we think" (see details on Congressional record).

Furthermore, only the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system could secretly enter anyone's home/office to monitor every important person's activities and private secret. Therefore, former FBI Director Hoover could embarrass an opponent by exposing the opponent's most personal secret at a critical time.

Second, there is an information from former Russian President Yeltsin's memoir  and interview on Oct. 11, 2000 (UK Newspaper, The Times reporter Giles Whittell). It proves that US invisible personnel secretly spy on the President in White House (see details on Part II-A6 of my webpage). So, the oral sex between Monica Lewinsky & Bill Clinton was also clearly watched by the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system in White House as same as they spy other political persons or citizens at their homes/offices. So, former Russian President Boris Yeltsin "knew the truth about the Monica Lewinsky affair long before the world  did." Also, there was an event that President Bush fainted on Sunday (1/13/2002).   Although Bush quickly recovered, eight circumstantial evidence proves that it was caused by a failed assassination attempt by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-A15 of my webpage). Why? Since invisible personnel secretly spy on the President in White House, they must saw President Bush to faint on 1/13/2002. But, they didn't do anything to save President Bush. If President Bush was not luckily to regain consciousness by himself in time, he would die under invisible personnel's secret surveillance.

If Bush's fainting were the result of natural causes, why these invisible personnel didn't try to save him immediately!  It shows that President Bush's fainting on 1/13/2002 was caused by a failed assassination attempt by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-A15 of my webpage).  Also, US invisible personnel had done three things to try to hurt Bush in the 2000 Presidential Election (see details on Part II-C3 of my webpage). It further shows that they might try to assassinate Bush while he is President.

However, the involved agents, police & operatives of surveillance station/system  will never admit it in order to keep the invisibility technology a top secret. Thus, invisible personnel can continuously enter American people's' homes/offices, vehicles, etc. to secretly spy on important persons and unlawfully control their lives forever.  The above facts prove that these nonlethal weapon users (involved agents police & recruited civilian operatives)/invisible personnel have been seriously corrupted.  So, the local police chiefs and directors of these involved government agencies (e.g. NIJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, SSA, Military Intelligence Agencies) are taking a reckless gamble in gathering intelligence and surveillance if they allow their agents and police to continuously use invisibility technology without any limitations.

When using mind machine, these involved agents and police (invisible personnel)  of surveillance station/system not only read criminals' thoughts, but they also read their supervisor's thoughts to protect their own interests. Why?

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely!  After the invisible personnel (involved agents, police & operatives) can unlawfully control Americans' lives, health, behaviors and bodily functions, they pursue unlawful power and become corrupted.  Thus, the invisible personnel want everyone to follow their will, no matter what they do (either enforce law, or violate law, and even commit crimes). With these advanced technologies incorporated in surveillance system to enhance the invisible personnel's capabilities, it enable invisible personnel to read anyone's thoughts, manipulate people's bodily functions and worsen their health, or use microwave voice device to drive unsuspecting target mad (and/or to kill), and unlawfully induce illness/death on their targets.  Since invisibility technology has been kept a top secret, they can secretly enter anyone's home/office, vehicle, etc. to unlawfully induce illness/death on any unknowing American as if natural causes.  Why?  I would like to use a note of an insider of CIA death inducing research to explain it.

In 1950s, an insider of CIA inducing death research (induce heart-attack, or cancer) wrote a note indicating concern/forecast about the vulnerability of US leaders to assassination by "natural causes."  How could these assassination be considered as if natural causes?

Because the insider clearly knew that: (a). The tiny invisible personnel can secretly enter anyone's home/office, vehicle, etc. through electric system and leave no evidence of an intruder. (b). By using psychotronic (radio-frequency, microwave, infrasound weapons -so called nonlethal) weapons, they can kill targets and leave no signs of external injury on victims' bodies. (c). However, to avoid using chemical method from being found in autopsy, they need to select special chemical method and sometime would have problem to use it. The Washington Post reported that year that the Soviets had used such weapons to kill goats at 1 kilometer's range. The Pentagon, it turns out, has been pursuing similar devices since the 1960s.

• What kinds of illness/death can be induced by invisible personnel?

So far, the invisible personnel can induce people to have many different illness or death, such as induced heart-attack, cardiac arrest, cerebral hemorrhage, symptoms of stroke, symptoms of Parkinson and Alzheimer's disease, flu-like symptoms, mental confusing (by damaging the brain's parietal lobe), to speed up" the aging process (include losing tooth, losing memories, damaging visions, etc.), impotence, paraplegia disease (with acupuncture technique), indigestion, diabetes, etc. (see details on Part V-C of my webpage).  They also can use mind machine to create dream and deliver subliminal message on a target to alter sex pattern in a long period of time.  Thus, they can turn their targets' children into a homosexual (either male or female) while their targets' children are still young.  This might explain that why there are a lot of gays in current society since the world invisible personnel have secretly manipulate people's behaviors with mind control technologies over several decades.
According to John Marks 1979 book, THE SEARCH FOR THE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE, "In a 1953 document, Sid Gottlieb listed subjects he expected Abramson to investigate with the $85,000 the Agency was furnishing him. Gottlieb wanted 'operationally pertinent materials along the following lines: a. Disturbance of Memory; b. Discrediting by Aberrant Behavior; c. Alteration of Sex Patterns; d. Eliciting of Information; e. Suggestibility; f. Creation of Dependence'."

The President of the United States (& Attorney General) are the highest law enforcement officers and yet even they do not have the right to sentence to death any citizen without due process of law, and neither does Congress. How then could the involved agents and police of surveillance station/system falsely claim that they were authorized to use invisibility technology to kill, or direct invisible operatives to kill any American?!

Obviously, the invisible personnel (the involved agents, police & operatives) secretly inducing illness/death on any American commit a crime of first degree murder, or attempted to kill.
To further unlawfully control everyone's life overseas, US involved agents & police (invisible personnel) have secretly cooperated with foreign countries' involved agents & police to share the invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques.

As a result, many involved countries' invisible personnel of surveillance system have been corrupted and established same unlawful life control communist surveillance system.  These invisible personnel will distribute illness/death on anyone whom they dislike, or who knows their crimes and secrets. Everyone's life/health information become their secret "identification tags" and are used to assess if a person is aware of  that his life/health has been manipulated by the invisible personnel.  Involved agents & police of surveillance system secretly use life information to unlawful track, manipulate, and control everyone's lives.  Furthermore, if they want to eliminate a person, the invisible personnel will use the person's latest life/health information as reference to induce death on him as if natural cause.

Obviously, this life information method is only used to unlawfully control everyone's health/life because it doesn't relate with one's personalities, loyalty, and honesty.  Thus, it doesn't relate with the national security.  If any involved agents and police of surveillance system falsely claim that one's life/health information will be used to determine one's honesty, loyalty, personality, it is a lie or an attempt to prevent others from knowing unlawful life control.

The INTERPOL (international police) in Belgium must have also been secretly used by these involved police/invisible personnel.   On surface, this international cooperation is only used to pursue drugtraffickers and criminals for every  country's police.  But, they also secretly use it to track every citizen's lives/health information from home to abroad.  The goal is to make sure that everyone are unknowing for their lives/health being unlawfully controlled or manipulated.  According to an article's report in New Scientist supplement (on November 1995), it mentioned about "computers in Belgium that contain details of the lives of every person on earth."

For those Americans (including political leaders, regular officers) who know the murders, crimes of involved agents & police, their health & emotion are manipulated.  Then, they are secretly eliminated with illness/death inducing method by invisible personnel (see details on former President Reagan's Alzheimer's disease on Part II-C1, Florida Governor Lawton Chiles murder case on Part II-C2, Senator Paul Coverdell murder case on Part II-C3, an expert witness murder - see details on Part II-C4 of my webpage).  So, no one would be the wiser. To promote gun control, they had driven violent student to kill (see Part II-D1, D2). Why would they pursue gun control? Liberals pursue gun control because they want a peaceful society without gun violation. However, these invisible personnel's goal is different because they pursue gun control for secret life control. The reason is that if Americans do not have gun for self-defense, these invisible personnel can use illness/death inducing techniques on anyone without fears.

These cases and facts prove a same evidence that these invisible personnel are secretly subverting US Constitution and law. So, invisible personnel frequently get rid of others to continuously pursue their unlawful interests and secret life control powers.

• Development of Invisibility Technology

According to Walter Bowart's Operation Mind Control- Fontana Books, London 1979, the first goal of mind control researches is to develop [the invisible personnel to become] a reliable assassin. And the second goal of mind control researches is to develop a method [which can be used by invisible personnel] for citizens control

Why would US Navy learned mind control technology from Nazi after WWII and conducted US first mind control research Operation Chatter in 1947 if the first goal of mind control research is to develop the reliable assassins and the second goal is to develop a method for citizens control?

The only reason is that the invisibility technology in Philadelphia Experiment has been secretly developed by US Navy to use on the personnel, although some personnel met problems (beside driving some crew to mad to prevent the secret from leaking other personnel had recovered after a period of medical care - see details on Part II-B2 of my webpage).  Thus, after WWII continuous research to solve the problems, Navy successfully developed the invisibility technology to use on human.   However, Navy would never admit it to keep the invisibility technology using in surveillance system a top secret.

The above two goals (to develop reliable assassin and a method for citizens control) are obviously not related with the US Navy's regular business.  However, the above two goals can only be related with invisible personnel who are under Navy's development at that time (in and after WWII).  However, after using invisibility technology, the personnel and equipment become tiny. Thus, this technology is not suitable for military combat then used in surveillance system (see details on Part II-A, A1, from my webpage).  However, beside surveillance purpose, the involved LEO would like to develop more abilities for the invisible personnel . Their goal (development of method to remote control human beings' activation and bodily function) can be clearly illustrated by three major focuses of the mind control research program (as documented in John Marks' book, The Search for the Manchurian Candidate, an investigative report on the CIA's mind control research).

1. To construct a brain map and then use the map to control the activation and bodily functions of the human organism:

In 1960, Dr. Stephen Aldrich (head of the Office of Research & Development in the CIA) led the scientists working under him to advance the "brain map" research. After searching through all available literature on the brain, they mapped out the parts of animals' brains that produced reactions when stimulated.

2. Based on the "brain map" research, scientists developed methods of using radio or electrical signals to remotely control the animal's various brain functions (such as emotions, sexual arousal, and so on).

In April, 1961, they reported "we now have a production capability." It means they can control the subject's bodily functions (e.g., induce erection, ejaculation) and mental functions (e.g., emotional reaction) by influencing different parts of the subject's brain.

3. Adapt remote control technique developed on the animals for use on man:

[Around October, 1961] a CIA document noted, "The feasibility of remote control of activities in several species of animals has been demonstrated.... Special investigations and evaluations will be conducted toward the application of selected elements of these techniques to man."

Clearly, the mind-control researchers can control the activation of human organism with electric signals since the early 1960s. Thus, it should take only a year to adapt these technologies developed on animals to be used on man.

The mind control technologies developed by the CIA were incorporated into the surveillance system. Armed with remote control electronic methods, invisible personnel manipulate the activation and bodily functions of human organism to collect people's health/life information.  Operatives also mis-use health/life information as secret ID-tag of everyone.  Why?  Because it only can be used for unlawful life control but cannot be used to identify one's personality, honest, loyalty.  This mistake only causes invisible personnel further corrupted.

These electronic technique can be used by a nearby invisible operative who secretly enter  people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc.  Thus, after the invisible personnel secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, etc.. and use their propulsions to fly onto the target's head, they can use the remote electric method to manipulate people's health (bodily functions) & torture them for interrogation purposes.

• Development of illnesses/deaths inducing techniques for invisible personnel.  Thus, invisible personnel can assassinate political leaders as if "natural causes"

First, let's see who have opportunity to create heart-attack on a victim?

Obviously, only a surgeon in operation room has chance to stop blood flow into a patient's heart to cause it, or the invisible personnel use the radio-frequency weapon to cause it. However, to induce heart-attack on a patient in the hospital's operation room without others' knowledge, even a surgeon cannot do it. That's because there are many medical staff always in the operation room.

Also, when the involved agents and police of surveillance station/system want to induce heart-attack on a target, it means they want to kill him immediately- no matter the target is at home/workplace car, boat, plane, etc. Thus, only invisible personnel (no other person else) are available to become such kind of reliable assassin/murderer.

Second, before the CIA death inducing research project (including heart-attack & cancer) stared, there was an insider of the project had used an unsigned note to indicate his concern/forecast about the vulnerability of US leaders to be assassinated by "natural causes." Why?

Because such death inducing method is not as usual as the conventional way to train a professional gunman to kill a target with gun. The originally traditional method will obviously be known as a homicidal case and the murder suspect will be openly searched.

However, the new death-inducing method is not to use the regular gunman but use the invisible personnel who use the sound & radiation wave weapons (which leaves no external signs of injury) to silently murder a target. Their murders always leave no evidence of an intruder, no signs of external injury on victims, and no evidence of a struggle (see details explanation on above).

Thus, to those unsuspecting US public officials and leaders, the invisible personnel can secretly enter their homes/offices, vehicles, etc. and abuse the death inducing techniques to assassinate them. Based on above three reasons, the victims would appear to have died of natural causes.

How can these murder victims be mistakenly believed to have died of natural causes?

Obviously, this insider of CIA death inducing research has very good understanding of that the invisible personnel's murders will always leave no evidence of an intruder, no signs of external injury on victims, and no evidence of a struggle. Thus, with this kind of assassination, an unsuspecting coroner (or a doctor of hospital) will easily mistaken the victim's death as the result of natural causes (e.g. Fl. Governor Lawton Chiles' murder case - see details on Part II-C2 of my webpage).   After these invisible personnel committed many murders without the public's knowledge, they have become embolden.  Thus, when a person is deeply related with their unlawful interests, they will murder him even though the cause of death is obvious inconsistent with the victim's overall health.  For example,  Senator Paul Coverdell was murdered with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique although he recently reported no health problem (see details on Part II-C3).  Also, Mr. Carlos Ghigliotti, a healthy 41 years old expert witness of Waco lawsuit was murdered with heart-attack technique although he had no heart problem before and was still young (see details on Part II-C4 of my webpage).  Also, if the victim's unsuspecting relatives do not request an autopsy, the local involved police/invisible personnel have better opportunity to charge such cases. Based on above three reasons, police can simply rule their victims' deaths as the result of natural causes.

Thus, this insider had indicated his concern/forecast about the vulnerability of US leaders to assassination by "natural causes." That's because the CIA's insider clearly knew that the invisibility technology and invisible personnel have been kept a top secret and most US leaders even do not have knowledge about them.

For example, while inducing heart-attack, the invisible personnel will use radio-frequency weapon on the target's chest/heart from front. Thus, the high pressure wave can penetrate a target's chest and cause the heart muscle to contract. This will create the sensation of pressure and pain on the heart. it will stop the blood flow into the heart then destroy the heart function or cause heart to die, so the person appear to die as the result of a heart-attack on the surface.

According to "Wonder Weapons" by Douglas Pasternak, US NEWS & WORLD REPORT,  on July 7, 1997 (see source on front)," The Washington Post reported that the Soviets had used such weapons to kill goats at 1 kilometer's range.  If there were no invisible personnel, no anyone else can secretly induce heart-attack on a victim at his home/workplace, car, boat, plane, etc. then died as if the result of natural cause. Thus, the above Washington Post's report (that CIA conducted research in 1950s to induce death of heart-attack) proves that CIA also have invisible personnel and trained them with induced death techniques of heart-attack & cancer. This report also supports that inside information from Taiwan about invisible personnel of surveillance station/system induce illness/death on their victims is true.

Based on above research information, it tells that the invisible personnel can use death-inducing techniques to kill their target as if natural cause after the techniques developed succeed (later of 1950s).  Since the OSS (CIA's name n WWII) is mainly responsible for the overseas and foreign affairs, the original goal of studying the death inducing techniques in 1950s was supposed to use the invisible personnel to assassinate enemy's leaders.  However, an insider officer of OSS (CIA)  became alarm about that the involved agents & police (invisible personnel) might unlawfully use these illness/death techniques to assassinate the US leaders then die as if natural cause.

Furthermore, this note show that the death inducing techniques are not supposed to be used on Americans (including political leaders, public officials, civilians, etc.). Thus, once it is used on Americans, it is a crime of first degree murder, or attempt to kill.

Unfortunately, comparing the murder of judges, assassination of Florida Governor Chiles Lawton and Senator Paul Coverdell the above CIA death inducing research's insider's concern/forecast has become true.  By using the illness/death inducing techniques, the invisible personnel induced Florida Governor Lawton Chiles to have cardiac arrest then died as if natural cause in 1998 (see Part II-C2).  Also, by using cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique, the invisible personnel assassinated Georgia Senator Paul Coverdell in his Senator term and die as if natural cause (see Part II-C3).

How could the invisible personnel induce cerebral hemorrhage and cardiac arrest on these US leaders ?

This classified research, operation Pandora of Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (from 1965-1970) and CIA's death inducing research (induced heart-attack & cancer) in 1950s are the solid evidences to prove that the involved officers have developed illness/death inducing techniques.  Also, both classified research prove that invisible personnel exist and secretly used to induce illness/death on their targets since 1950s. Why? As explain as above, only invisible personnel can use the illness/death techniques to induce a target to have heart-attack, or cerebral hemorrhage anytime, everywhere and APPEAR as the result of natural causes (as an insider of CIA's note in the death inducing research in 1950s).

The code-name Operation Pandora is a reference to a Greek myth (in which the little spirits released from Pandora's Box brought illness/death upon Man).  This hidden meaning ("little spirits") of Operation Pandora's code-name confirms an inside information from Taiwan that personnel of surveillance system become invisible & tiny (as little spirits) after using invisibility technology on their personnel & equipment.  The Pandora reference also confirmed that the illness/death inducing technologies were developed to be used by these tiny invisible personnel (as similar as the little spirits to spread illness/death on man).

In the 1960s, Dr. Frey reported that he can use the microwave radiation to speed up, slow down, or even stop the isolated frog hearts by synchronizing the pulse rate of the microwave beam with the beat of heart itself.  Similar results have been obtained using live frogs, indicating that it's technically feasible to produce heart attack with a ray designed to penetrate the human chest.

"It is technically feasible to produce heart attack(s) with a ray designed to penetrate the human chest".  By using specially designed microwave radiation, victims' heart rate can be speed-up to induce heart dysfunction and cause "heart attacks."  This type of microwave radiation weapon also can only be used by invisible personnel to secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, car etc. and induce heart dysfunction on a victim.  After heart dysfunction has been induced successfully, the invisible personnel can kill the victim without being seen by others and make the death to appear as if natural cause.

• Building a more controlled and directed society : US local police and government agents had used the invisibility technology on Americans before 1971

"As early as 1970, Zbigniew Brezezinski, later National Security Advisor
to President Jimmy Carter, predicted a "more controlled and directed
society" would gradually appear, linked the technology.  This society would
be dominated by an elite group which impresses voters by allegedly superior
scientific know- how.  Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values,
this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control.  Technical and scientific momentum would then feed on the situation it exploits, Brezezinski predicted " (see ANGELS DON'T PLAY THIS HAARP by Dr. Nick Begich & Jeane Manning, 1995, p. 200).

Why would Mr. Brezezinski made this claim? Because the involved police/agents
(who have used invisibility technology to secretly spy on Americans) would
further secretly use mind control technologies on Americans.

In 1970s, new mind-control technologies (e.g., EM Mind Machine, microwave
voice device) had been added into surveillance systems.
The original goals were to use the latest modern techniques for influencing
public behavior beside keeping society under close surveillance and control.
Thus, this so-called elite group obviously includes involved agents, police
and their operatives. That's because these involved agents/police are
responsible for the surveillance and citizens control.  So, they must already
secretly used the invisibility technology.  Otherwise, they cannot secretly
keep Americans under close surveillance and control.

So, based on Mr. Brezezinski's message, it does show that the invisibility
technology must had been used by involved police/agents who secretly
enter people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. to keep Americans
(including political leaders) under close surveillance and control since
1970.  Also, this message tells that the involved police/agents (who used
 invisibility technology would further use modern mind control technologies
on Americans to influence the society.

Beside above message, there was another information shows that involved police/agents actively work on surveillance and citizens control. "In August 1971, a national surveillance security system program was submitted to President Nixon.  It proposed to wire every house, car, and boat in America.  The plan included a blueprint for a government- operated propaganda system via a TV network that would have linked every state, city, and home."  (see details on UNCLOAKING THE CIA, p.181 published by The Free Press in 1978).

The invisible personnel's abilities in surveillance system made it possible to shelve the above program.  Why do I say that?  According to former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo statement, the local police chief must have used the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system to enter people's homes/offices, car, etc., for surveillance purpose before 1971.

The former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo said in 1971 when he was police chief: "We know everything about the troublemakers. And we know who comes into the town, we know who's going to leave it. when they're going to leave it." (see details on  UNCLOAKING THE CIA, p. 181 published by The Free Press in 1978).  Thus, the above surveillance program wasn't accepted by President Nixon.

Police chiefs can know everything about troublemakers in a city under one of the following two conditions. (1). Totalitarian regime: The entire population is under surveillance and population's mobility is restricted. Thus, everybody are forced to stay within fixed community, so the police and everybody know exactly who the trouble-makers are. It is kind of like living in a small town, everybody know each other. Thus, if any stranger enter the town, he will be identify as stranger by everyone who meet him in town. However, this does not applies to Philadelphia City because it is a large metropolis. (2). They use invisible personnel in surveillance system and these personnel can enter people's homes for close surveillance. If there were no invisible personnel in surveillance system to secretly enter people's homes/offices, vehicles, etc. and keep a close eye on these troublemakers, a police chief of a large city certainly cannot know everything about them . This event shows that the invisible personnel have been secretly used in local surveillance station/system before 1971.

Furthermore, according to Congressional Record on April 22, 1971, Majority Leader Boggs also said that "Today, as we in the Congress undertake to recover and restore the people's liberty, we find that it is ourselves who are called to account, ourselves who are under surveillance, ourselves who are prisoners of the power which our silence permitted to come into being." Thus, he emphasized that "1984 is closer than we think" (see details on Congress Record on 4/22/1971).

According to above message, even Congressmen's private activities should have been under invisible personnel's surveillance. Thus, "1984 is closer than we think." This further shows that the invisible personnel have been used in surveillance station/system and will secretly enter important persons' homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. to keep them under close surveillance and unlawful life control. By examining Congress Majority Leader Boggs' speech, former police chief Frank Rizzo's frank admission with Zbigniew Brzezinski's message, it does show that the involved  local police and government agents have used the invisibility technology in surveillance station/system and secretly entered people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. to keep citizens (including political leaders) under close surveillance and control before 1971.  However, Congressmen must be supposed that the involved agents and police only need to keep criminals and troublemakers under close surveillance and control but not spy, control law abiding citizens. Furthermore, Congressmen never expected that not only law abiding citizens but also Congressmen themselves also under invisible personnel's surveillance and unlawful life control.   Thus, the involved agents, police and recruited operatives  of surveillance station/system must be corrected.  We certainly cannot allow them to act like terrorists to deny American people's basic rights to life.

So, before they can be corrected, the invisibility technology must be declassified to stop them further assassinating/murdering American people (see details on Part II-A17 of my webpage).  Why?  Because they use life/health information as one's secret ID-tag to pursue unlawful life control.  So, invisible personnel neither can be used to find spies, nor to search criminals.  The seriously unacceptable situation caused Congress Majority Leader Boggs made his speech on Congress and complained to involved agents and police of surveillance station/system. What the worse thing is that even the Congressmen Majority Leader Boggs didn't know that the invisible personnel (involved officers, police & operatives of surveillance station/system) not only spy on Congressmen, but they unlawfully control everyone's health and life.

Unfortunately, currently situation is worst than ever.  To protect their unlawful interests, invisible personnel use most time to spy on the President, Congressmen, Cabinet Secretaries, Governors, other public officials who can affect their interests (see details on Part II-A6 of my webpage) and those civilian who openly criticize their murders and criminal activities. Furthermore, they secretly use illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully control everyone's lives who are under their surveillance to insure that their unlawful interests and power will not be affected.   After you learn that what are invisible personnel really busy for, you would know that invisible personnel become seriously corrupted and did really do business for national security.   For example, they will not actively find spies for US.  Why?
To seek unlawful life control American people on abroad,  US involved agents & police (invisible personnel) already share the invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques to many foreign involved agents & police to unlawfully control their citizens.  Thus, unlawful life control become an international conspiracy of involved agents and police of surveillance station/system.  To prevent their murders and crimes from others knowing, every country's invisible personnel will support other country's invisible personnel to eliminate their targets. This is their secret agreement.  So, there is no national border between every country's invisible personnel and they easily betray their own country.  For example, if different country's invisible personnel support each other to secretly assassinate a political leader, they betray their own country's democratic system and law. A reported cases tells that US invisible personnel murder a researcher's mother to stop the researcher to find a traitor who sent the secret of A-bomb to Soviet (see details Part III-A1 of my webpage).

The above facts prove that under their secret agreement,  invisible personnel easily betray their country.  Thus, invisible personnel either already used to be traitors, or will keep silence to other invisible personnel's treason (like the police's blue wall of silence).  So, they never actively find spies for their country.  Beside Taiwan invisible personnel never find a spy for Taiwan, US invisible personnel never could find those KGB spies for US.   For example, Aldrich Ames (former CIA agents) had worked for KGB over ten years and Robert Hanssen (former FBI counter-agent) had worked for KGB  over twenty years before they were captured. These spies could finally be captured because other law enforcement officers (who are not invisible personnel) found the trace of their treason.  If our Government cannot declassify invisibility technology and block invisible personnel's international cooperation, US spy (who hide in invisible personnel) will continuously exist.

Since they are busy on unlawful life control, invisible personnel only use less amount of time to search criminals and terrorists. So, since 1993, they neither can stop terrorist's attack on US for 6 times, nor can find the Anthrax terrorists (see details on http://members.aol.com/colonelyu/part8a.htm  ).

 Why would the invisible personnel subvert our Constitution to unlawfully control everyone's life?

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely! After developing illness/death inducing techniques successfully, the invisible personnel can use the illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully control one's life and health. Thus, they became corrupted. On surface, they still go to church every week (as most of US spies- e.g. Robert Hanssen). However, it is only used to mislead others as if they were still normal Americans. The reality is that deeply down inside they don't believe God because they have changed heart to become atheists. Why?

Since they can use invisibility technology to become tiny invisible personnel (which is obviously different as normal human) and secretly use illness/death inducing techniques to murder one's life, they mistakenly believe that their powers were equal to God. Also, they believe that if they can threaten everyone's life everyone shall easily follow their will -No matter the will is lawful or unlawful. Thus, their unlawful and evil goal is to become above the law and seek to secretly control everyone's life (including the  President, public officials, to civilians, etc.).

Thus, by using citizens control reason, they asked to build GWEN system in 1980. They claim it can be used to maintain defense communications in case of a nuclear war on surface. In reality, the entire country is covered in an electromagnetic field by the GWEN system's VLF waves. Also, its waves can wire every home, car, boat, etc. Thus, the original designed surveillance program which was submitted to Nixon in 1971 has been finally built.

• Bodily functions and emotion control: Control citizens' emotional states & behaviors via Ground Wave Emergency Network which was built in 1980.

"GWEN is a superb system, in combination with cyclotron resonance, for producing behavioral alterations in civilian population." (CROSS CURRENTS, p. 303).

Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) was begun in the 1980s by US government and consists of approximately 300 towers.  Each tower is 300-500 feet high and broadcast signals in the VLF (very low frequency) range 150 - 175 kHz.  The signal is transmitted by ground wave - electromagnetic field which hug the ground-rather than radiating into the atmosphere.  Each GWEN station transmits to a 360-degrees circle radiating out from it to a distance of about 250 to 300 miles." GWEN towers are built on elevated ground to avoid obstructions.  The emitting ground waves hug the ground and cover the region from the heights of the tower to the ground.  For example, to cover a big city like New York, the tower would be built on land that has higher elevation than New York.  Thus, the signals from the tower would cover a region extends from the height of Empire State Building down to the ground  (penetrate the basement of every house & public building).

These ground waves will be like a wireless (electromagnetic waves) web which covers every street, highway, home, building, shopping center, etc. in America from at least 500 feet high in the air down to the ground including any underground structures.

So, the VLF from GWEN system has "wire" every homes, cars, boats, planes in America.  Thus, the involved LEO of surveillance station/system can track and contact with their invisible personnel (who have secretly entered people's home/office, car, boat, plane etc.) to keep their targets under surveillance & control.

With GWEN's electromagnetic field covering the entire country, it is the same to place all people in a electromagnetic field.  Thus, after the invisible personnel secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, etc. they can be as similar as the experiment's scientist Dr. Ross Adey to remotely influenced the emotional states and behavior of a person with directing a carrier frequency.  It means that after secretly entering into people's residences (or workplaces, vehicles, etc.), the personnel can fly onto the target's head and direct a carrier frequency to stimulate target's brain (the part that control emotions).  It will influence the target's emotional state and behavior.  The invisible personnel can also land on target's head to mind control their targets and manipulate unaware victims' emotion & bodily functions (using brain map knowledge & electric method - see details on Part II-A from my webpage).  All these can be done without the unaware target having any knowledge of being manipulated.

Furthermore, the invisible personnel can also use nonlethal weapons (e.g. radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, sonic weapon, stun stick/gun, microwave weapon, etc.) to induce illness/death on an unaware citizen.

Recently, a military publication Parameters (US Army War College Quarterly - the United States Army's Senior Professional Journal) Spring 1998 Edition, pp. 84-92 also reported that:

"Yet the body is capable not only of being deceived, manipulated, or misinformed but also shut down or destroyed--just as any other data-processing system.  The "data" the body receives from external sources--such as electromagnetic, vortex, or acoustic energy waves--or creates through its own electrical or chemical stimuli can be manipulated or changed just as the data (information) in any hardware system can be altered."

This article confirms that people's emotions, behaviors can be manipulated.  Also, citizens can be murdered with sound or radiation wave weapon (so-called "nonlethal" weapon) & illness/death inducing techniques being used by invisible personnel of unlawful life control surveillance system.

Thus, the invisible personnel have unlawfully, secretly use nonlethal (spy) weapons and illness/death inducing techniques to control everyone's lives and health (e.g. inducing death on Judges Battle & Judge Miller-see details on Part V-B1, former Florida Governor Lawton Chiles murder case- see details on Part II-C2, Senator Paul Coverdell murder case -see details on Part II-C3).

• How can these invisible personnel (involved agents, police & operatives of surveillance station/system) illegally obtain absolute power to unlawfully control everyone's life in the criminal life control system.

1.  The invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment (its newest code-name is remote viewing -see details on Part II-B5) is still kept a top secret.  The tiny size of invisible personnel is out of the public's knowledge and it cannot be explained with current scientific theory.   Also, they will falsely accuse anyone as insane if one knows the fact and tell the truth to public (like me- Alan Yu is frequently falsely accused as mentally ill by involved agents, police & their operatives of surveillance station/system).
Thus, it offer unlimited chances to the tiny invisible personnel to secretly induce illness/death on American people whom they dislike (see details on Part II- C1, C2, C3, C4 of my website), and secretly mind control violent students to kill in Oregon & Mississippi school shooting (see details on Part II-D1, D2 of my website).

2.  During 1950s-1970, a series of illness/death inducing techniques had been secretly developed and used by invisible personnel to eliminate their targets.  (In 1950s, CIA studied the death inducing technique- e.g. artificial heart-attack & cancer.  In 1965-70,  Operation Pandora researched on brain hemorrhage, heart failure inducing techniques).   By using these illness/death inducing techniques, involved agents & police unlawfully control everyone's lives with invisibility technology and become corrupted.  Thus, the invisible personnel have committed murders to induce illness/death on political leaders, public officials, judges, civilians whom they dislike (see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4 and Part V-B, etc.).

3.  The involved agents of surveillance system have used the fear of the enemy (such as Soviet spies) and fear of public rioting to trick Congress and government into granting them the right to use mind machine, mind control technology, equipment in surveillance system to spy on the public and control the public's behavior. Thus, as early as 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski, later National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, predicted a "more controlled and directed society" would gradually appear, linked to technology.  However, after invisible personnel and mind control technologies have been used in surveillance system, they wield their newfound powers in ways Congress and the President never intended them to be used.

4. The nonlethal (psy) weapons and microwave voice device have been used by local LEO (MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993 reported).  Also, the mind control technologies have been studied by the invisible personnel.  Thus, after the involved LEO and invisible personnel of surveillance station/system become corrupted, they can unlawfully use the microwave voice device (& mind control technologies) to drive some unaware persons/students mad and/or to kill (see details on Part II-D1, D2 from my webpage). After increase people's fear of school shootings, they can pursue further serious gun control, more budgets, manpower, advanced nonlethal weapons for life control to expand their power and interests.  Why the invisible personnel pursue more gun control? If citizens' gun rights can be deprived, the invisible personnel can induce illness/death on any aware citizen without fear of armed retaliation.  Also, a special group of invisible personnel (who trained with hand-to-hand combat) can use invisibility technology to abduct any tough guy from the victim's home/office, vehicle, etc. then erase his memory (see details on Part II-D2 of my website), or kill him and make the death appear as natural causes (see details on Dr. Wiley's case on Part II-A13, 14 of my website).

5.  Involved agents, police & operatives secretly use everyone's health (life) information as his/her "ID tag" in surveillance system.  This checks if everyone's life/health is under their control and if anyone is aware of life manipulation.  Thus, they can kill those aware persons to keep their murders and criminal activities a secret.

After advanced technologies (e.g., invisibility technology, remote electrical method, electromagnetic waves mind machine and mind-control technologies) have been added into surveillance system, the surveillance system's functions have been unlawfully changed.  It is not used to keep the society under close surveillance and behavior control as Zbigniew Brzezinski originally said. Because the involved agents and police (invisible personnel) become corrupted and unlawfully use illness/death inducing techniques & invisibility technology to secretly and unlawfully control everyone's lives.

After the involved agents, police & operatives of surveillance system use invisibility technology to become invisible, tiny, they can achieve six goals and some of these goals are serious crimes.

(1). After using invisibility technology & wearing propulsion device on back, it enable these tiny (like small ant size) invisible personnel to move as a flying ant.  Thus, they can secretly fly into people's homes/workplaces, cars, boats, planes, etc. from electric system or a small hole without leaving evidence of an intruder.  So, tiny invisible personnel can keep people under close surveillance and secretly collect intelligence information from a target's home (living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen), office, vehicle, etc. without unaware Americans' knowledge.  All important persons who can affect their interests (from the President, Secretaries, Governors, Congressmen, to civilians) have been secretly spied by invisible personnel (involved agents and police) of surveillance station/system (see details on Part II-A6).    That's why the involved agents & police always know a Congressman's affair.   Sometime, they will use it to gain unlawful interests for themselves.

(2). Behaviors control, mind reading and bodily functions control:
Since the EM mind machine & microwave voice device invented in 1970s, the invisible personnel always carry these devices as their basic equipment everywhere. Thus, by using mind machine, microwave voice, the tiny invisible personnel can gently land onto their target's head to mind control an unknowing target.  Also, they can manipulate people's emotional states & behavior control: after they enter people's home, workplace, vehicles, etc., the tiny invisible personnel can fly onto the target's heads to control the target's mind and manipulate his emotions, behaviors with brain map knowledge and remote electric method (see Part I-B for details on this).

(3). Mind control for driving a target mad, and/or to kill: To drive their target  mad, and/or to kill, the invisible personnel will use mind machine, microwave voice device, ELF and emotion manipulation methods. After gently fly onto a target's head, the tiny invisible personnel can use microwave voice device to drive the unaware victims mad and/or to kill (e.g. 1997 Mississippi and 1998 Oregon school shooting - see details on Part II-D1, D2 of my website). The invisible personnel can secretly use microwave voices to drive a target to kill because they can read the target's mind and even communicate with the target.

How could the invisible personnel secretly communicate with an unaware victim?

After secretly entering a target's home, the invisible personnel will often use their levitation ability to stay around the upper section of the wall. From the wall, some invisible personnel will fly onto the target's head and use microwave voice device to deliver their questions, or sometimes instructions, to the victim. Also, the invisible personnel will secretly use advanced microwave voice device (an advanced mind reading technique and better than the original mind machine) to clone the electrical impulses of the target's brain (which express thoughts) and directly deliver it to another nearby invisible personnel's head, thus knowing the thoughts of the target and the answers to the questions. At the same time, the invisible personnel who received the electrical impulses of the target will then tell the other invisible personnel what the target is thinking. Thus, the invisible personnel can use microwave voice device to communicate with an unaware target. These invisible personnel can also use the microwave device to trick the target to believe that he is communicating with demons or ghosts.

(4). To unlawfully interrogate a citizen at his home with microwave voice device and mind reading techniques:

How can invisible personnel of surveillance station/system unlawfully interrogate a citizen at home?
The invisible personnel who lives near the target will hitch a ride in a car of a collaborator and get off near the target's home. Then, the invisible personnel can secretly fly into the target's home.

For interrogation purposes, these tiny invisible personnel will mostly enter the target's home at night after the target's family members all go to sleep. After these invisible personnel enter the target's room, they usually stay at the upper section of the wall (to prevent the target from finding out about invisibility technology). An invisible operative will use ultra-sound to wake up the target before sending the message (via microwave voice) to the target's brain.

In the process of interrogation, the invisible personnel will fly onto the target's head and only use microwave voice device to deliver their questions to the target's head. The target will "hear" what the invisible personnel say (via microwave voice directed at his brain). In other words, the target have the sensation of hearing the questions, but there is no audible sound actually being received by his ears. Sometimes, the invisible personnel will show the target an image of a normal sized person, then have the image disappear, to further confuse and scare him.

After asking a question, the invisible personnel will use the advanced mind reading techniques to read the target's thoughts for the answer (even if the target answers aloud, invisible personnel will still use mind reading techniques). If the target refuses to answer or is somehow unsatisfied with the answer given, they will use their weapons (e.g. stun stick, stun gun, radio-frequency, etc.) to torture the target or even injure the target's children to threaten the target (these children will stay asleep although they will physically react to any injury. That's because other invisible personnel will fly onto these children's head to control their brains in order to keep them asleep). The invisible personnel will always "talk" the target through microwave audiogram in the interrogated process. Thus, other persons, who live with the target at a same home, neither can see the invisible personnel, nor will they hear the microwave voices. By using the invisible personnel and the technique of microwave voice, local involved agents and police of surveillance station/system can easily interrogate a citizen at home and avoid attracting the attention from others (including the target's relatives who are living with the target in a same address) beside their target. Also, there is a remote interrogation method: some involved agents, police of surveillance station/system can only stay in the target's neighbor's home to ask questions. Then, some of invisible personnel will use microwave voices to deliver the questions to the target and deliver the target's answers (including process of interrogation to them).

(5). By using illness/death inducing techniques, nonlethal (psy) weapons and mind reading techniques, the tiny invisible personnel can unlawfully induce illness/death on unaware citizens without unaware victims' knowledge.  Also, the invisible personnel's murders always leave no evidence of an intruder, no signs of external injury on victim's body, and no evidence of a struggle.  Why?  I would explain in details: (a). Invisible personnel's murders always leave no evidence of an intruder:

Because tiny invisible personnel can secretly enter a target's home/office, vehicle, etc. through electric system (or small hole) and leave no evidence of an intruder. (b). Invisible personnel's murders always leave no external signs of injury on victim's body:   Because the Psy (e.g. radio-frequency weapon, infrasound) weapons can be used to kill a target and leave no external signs of injury on victim's body (c). Invisible personnel's murders always leave no evidence of a struggle: Since unknowing target will not know his pain is caused by invisible personnel's attack, he will not resist and leave no evidence of a struggle. Thus,  these murder victims easily be mistakenly accepted as if die of natural cause.

The invisible personnel (involved agents, police & recruited operatives) will unlawfully induce illness/death on those persons who know their murders, crimes and whom they dislike: For example, they murdered former Fl. Governor Lawton Chiles in 1998-see details on Part II-C2, murdered Senator Paul Coverdell in 2000- see Part II-C3, induced Former President Reagan to have Alzheimer disease -see detail on Part C1, murdered witness - see details on Part II-C4, and murdered judges see Part II-C2 of my website). Thus, this surveillance system has been secretly, unlawfully changed by involved agents and police into a criminal life control surveillance station/system. The invisible personnel can unlawfully control of everyone's lives (from the President, Congressmen to civilians).   Although the dangers posed to American people and our country sounds like fiction, it is true after anyone learn the above facts.

(6). By secretly using invisibility technology on the target (a person or material) to make them becoming tiny, the invisible personnel can secretly take it away.  Thus, they can steal other's important document, a tremendous of amount money, ballots from anywhere and even abduct a special target at victim's home.
After these invisible personnel secretly enter any home/office, they can also use the carried generators to create strong electromagnetic field on any material (such as letters or paper documents, a tremendous amount of cash, ballots) to make it tiny & invisible, then take it away.   Thus, they can steal ballots to influence result in an important election (see details on Part II-A7 of my website), stealing document to influence a court case (see details on Part II-A6 of my website), stealing a tremendous amount of cash (see details on Part II-A6 of my website).  Also, they can abuse invisibility technology to secretly deliver drugs and it cause drugs always available in underground US market. For example, Rep. Maxine Waters calls on Congress to release Classified Document (Wednesday, October 7, 1998). She stated, "Quite unexpectedly, on April 30, 1998, I obtained a secret 1982 Memorandum of Understanding between the CIA and the Department of Justice, that allowed drug trafficking by CIA assets, agents, and contractors to go unreported to federal law enforcement agencies. I also received correspondence between then Attorney General William French Smith and the head of the CIA, William Casey, that spelled out their intent to protect drug traffickers on the CIA payroll from being reported to federal law enforcement." These documents proves that some drug traffickers were on the CIA payroll.

Another example, CIA had successfully developed research on people's health control. Thus, if these invisible personnel cannot quickly murder a target for any reason, they will use this method to damage the target's health in his daily life. This secret method is to accelerate aging and induce rapid deterioration of a target's health condition. One of these methods: By using mind machine, these invisible personnel can drive a target's brain to keep thinking during his sleep (Mind Machine - see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1a1.htm ). What will happen to a targeted person when invisible personnel use such kind of technique on him everyday? Although a targeted person seem to live normally, his brain never get any rest. So, the targeted person's brain cell will be over-worked everyday. Day by day and month by month, it can quickly damage one's brain cell, or even cause some brain cell to die early. The target's brain will suffer damage and the accumulated damage over 1-2 years will be similar to the normal decline experienced by a regular person over 10-20 years. The appearance of a target under such kind of condition is that one will suddenly has many gray hairs (or even gray beard and many more wrinkles) within two years.

Based on evidence, these invisible personnel in DEA must had used mind machine to read former Director Asa Hutchinson's mind everyday during he served as Director of DEA. It had accelerated his aging process and caused Hutchinson to have a lot of gray hairs within one and half year (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1a7.htm ).

Based on above two examples, it prove that some invisible personnel's unlawful interests had been related in drugs

This invisibility technology also gives invisible personnel the ability to abduct their targets from their homes/offices, vehicle, etc. (see Dr. Wiley's case on Part II-A14 of my website).  Another example, the disappearance of Sandra Levy in her D.C. Apartment might be caused by herself if she was misled by others.  But, it also can be easily done by invisible personnel to attract public's attention.  If so, it can divert the public's attention from invisible personnel's crimes to the affair between Congressman Gray Condit and Sandra.  To divert public's attention on their murders and crimes, invisible personnel frequently use such tactic to switch public's attention on other crimes.  If Sandra Levy's body were killed in the Rock Creek Park in May of 2001, her body would  be decomposed during that summer and smelled by any of dogs.  So, her body should be found during the summer in 2001.  But, it didn't  happen because her body was found a year later in Rock Creek Park on  5-23-2002.  So, her body is most likely moved to Rock Creek Park after her have died.

If Sandra Levy was abducted by invisible personnel then killed, it means that Sandra Levy's body was found at second crime scene.  Thus, if they cannot find the first crime scene, authorities can never capture the murderer.  We can wait and see that could DC police solve the case and capture the murderer?

General speaking, after the abduction, they will either kill the target and make his death as if the result of natural causes (see Dr. Wiley's case on Part II-A14 of my website), or erase his memories then release him.  It means that they will use electroshock weapon to erase the target's memories and replace it with false memories with the technique of "psychic driving," then release the target. Power corrupts & absolute power corrupts absolutely.  After the involved agents and police of surveillance station/system can unlawfully use invisible personnel to control everyone's lives, they use the illness/death inducing techniques to their advantage for their unlawful interests.   Thus, when pursuing their unlawful interests, invisible personnel will act like terrorists to deny human's basic rights to life (including political leaders, public officials, judges, civilians, etc. whom they dislike).

According to this article, even civilians have access to  this type of radio wave ID chips to track their pets.   This shows that involved agents & police of surveillance system can secretly installed such kinds of ID chips in every car, boat, plane, etc. to track them. In article "Microwave Harassment and Mind Control Experimentation", Julianne McKinney reported that some victims have been electronically harassed on airplanes.  This confirms that the tiny invisible personnel can secretly follow a targeted person into airplanes and induce illness/death on the targeted passengers.  Beside using tiny invisible personnel, no one can use the sound or radiation wave weapons to accurately injure a passenger on airplane without being seen by others.

High power microwave (HPM) weapon can be used on both hardware & humans. According to an international Red Cross document, this weapon can be used as EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse weapon) "which give an operator the same ability to wipe out electronic circuits. The main difference is that new technology on HPM is controllable and can be used without violation nuclear weapons treaties."  When microwaves being pulsed between 10-100 pulses per second, "A HPM (High Power Microwave) weapon employs a high power, rapidly pulsation microwave beam that penetrates electronic components. Controllable HPM weapon can be used to cause plane-crash by involved LEO of surveillance station/system and expand their life control power over citizens from the ground (i.e. home, car, boat, etc.) to the air (plane).

A recent news story illustrates how involved LEO might be able to cause a plane crash with microwave weapons.

"An experimental airplane fueled by microwaves transmitted from Earth will take off in Canada this summer; in theory, it could stay aloft for months.  By the next century, spacecraft could routinely rise to orbit on engines powered by energy beams, lifting large payloads at a tiny fraction of current cost." The previous news story demonstrated it is now technologically feasible to direct microwave beam at airplane in flight.  So, if involved LEO can also target to an aircraft in the sky with their microwave device, they can induce the pilot to fall asleep, thus causing the aircraft to crash (see details case on my webpage Part IV- C).

With above technology and HPM weapon's function of EMP, I do believe that involved LEO of surveillance system can create air crash on any targeted plane.   It means that the involved LEO of surveillance system have used invisible personnel to secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, vehicles (car, boat, plane), etc. to spy and control every citizen's life.

• Who are the head of invisible personnel?

To be the head of these invisible personnel,  the officer must be career officer and hold important office for long time without re-appointment to other position.

On the local level, chief-of-police (including the chief-of-police in University/College) is the head of local invisible personnel. Because involved local police of surveillance station can easily keep people under close surveillance & control.

On the Federal level, the original FBI director, J, Edgar Hoover, was the head of invisible personnel of FBI. He was a career officer and served without term-limits.  After Hoover died, FBI director became to a regular appointed officer.  According to FBI Website, Public Law 94-503, section 203, enacted on October 15, 1976, provides for the appointment of the FBI Director by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.  In addition, the term of an FBI Director is limited to 10 years.  Under this law, the FBI director must not be the real head of invisible personnel.

So, if a highest career officer/agent in FBI and is not appointed by President (serve without term-limits), he would be the head of invisible personnel in the agency.
