Building "privacy" lockout for one studio:
$24,500 per week (12 hr day)
Building "full use" lockout: $35,000 per
week (plus extras) (12 hr day)
Rates negotiable for longer bookings or extra equipment

ProTools operator: Call for rates
Studio overtime fee: $200 per hour after 12 hrs,
$250 per hour after midnight
Assistant engineer overtime fee: $35 per hour after
12 hrs
ACCOMMODATION RATES:
One bedroom apartments: starting at $150 per day
(includes kitchen, extra sofa-bed in LR, maid, etc.)

Point Resort is located across the street. (As
seen on TV!) Gourmet restaurant and bar on the grounds. For

NB: All accommodations are owned and operated by third
party vendors. All accommodations are subject to availability.

the vendors and our clients, and is not responsible for the properties
themselves.
IMMIGRATION FEES FOR WORK
VISAS:
Nominal monthly fee...please check with us on who
needs a visa.
Equipment Entry and Handling Charges: Vary with amount
of equipment and number of entries required...please check with
us for details.
Normal billing procedure: 50% deposit prior to arrival,
balance on completion prior to release of masters.
