Watertower Farm
A Place of Peace and Serenity
Our quaint, clean, very peaceful,
private,
brown shingled, three story, old-fashioned watertower has been recently
charmingly renovated to accommodate guests. It sits near the main
house on four acres of meadows surrounded by redwood trees. The property
is approximately 12 miles from the romantic town of Mendocino in a farmy,
coastal setting with a goat, a sheep for company.

The ground floor has two walls of windows looking
out unto the
majestic redwods and quiet meadows with a warm wood stove. The second story
is a sitting room with a balcony amid the trees, and the third story has
a loft. There is a hot tub overlooking the meadow.

Two-night minimum except holidays,
which is a three-night minimum. We will call you or e-mail you back with
your reservation. The Watertower rents for $115/night from October 16 – March
30
and $125/night from May 1 – October 15, plus 11% county tax. $65 cleaning
fee per visit. Deposit required. Sorry, no pets, no smoking.
