A captive path i lead"

This is the Moon of the Roaming Wolves - the most desperate natural time of the year - the time was named by Native Americans who lived in the mid and eastern portions of North America. It is said, the wolves must range far and wide in order to find enough to consume to survive... but for us, the times are less desperate - we who sustain ourselves from the collective modern human wealth.

Over the night it snowed - the sun's just coming up and i walked around the place.  The storm that brought the snow has gone; now there's only an open sky for the early morning sun to consume - My Son's sunflower patch stands where he left it, under a burden of snow, but against a sky of relief... standing there in the snow, i wondered about the appropriateness - sunflowers... sunflowers... are they really just sunflowers?

Indeed, they are not - to the point, i wonder if they should be called something else, and if yes, what?  Because it seems everything with him has meaning above its ownself.
