    My name is Kelly Czarnecki. I am a fifteen- year-old girl that has mild Cerebral palsy, or C.P. I decided to make this homepage because I feel that it is important that people be educated about all disabilities and I hope that any non-disabled people who are veiwing this webpage, take the time to realize that people who have disabilities, are truly no different than people who don't have a disability, no matter what the cause!:)
