INVENTORY
Two Bedroom one with queen bed(10x12); one with two twin beds (10x12): Blankets,bed pillows,mattress pads are included.
Bathroom & kitchen have skylights, rear of house has an 8x12' deck.
There is a color tv vcr and catv hookup.
Wireless internet service available in summer season
There is one full bath. Stack type washer dryer is in laundry closet (clothesline available outside)
Galley style kitchen includes a microwave, electric coffee maker,dishwasher,toaster oven and double door refrigerator. Of course the lobster pot is included
Heat is forced hot air and is provided September thru June or when the outside temperature is below 55 degrees.
There is a propane grille and patio with picnic table on the side. Rear entrance is from an 8' x 12' deck.Outside shower is to the right of the deck (it is not enclosed).
Primary access to the cottage is from the rear. Patio is on the side, approx 8x20' and abuts an ample private lawn. Cottage sits approx 30 feet above Steele Rd. with a sitting area on the side and a terraced area in front approx 15 feet above the road. There is a second driveway off Steele Road with access to the frone entrance.This is a private location. Trash is picked up by the owner.
DIRECTIONS:
Route 6 to Orleans Rotary. Follow route 6 into Eastham. At the Four Points Sheraton, take second left onto Massasoit Road. Follow for approx 1 mile and take a left onto Steele Road. Follow for one block and turn left onto Anne Rd. Pass the paved driveway to the main house (on the right) and make a right into the first dirt drive (opposite Sandy Hill Lane). Turn right directly after passing the one bedroom cottage and the shed, parking is straight ahead.
