This website exists to address the problems of families who are having legal problems with the child welfare services industry due to unjust or false accusations, misrepresentations, mistakes of fact, or exaggerations of circumstance. I do not condone and will not encourage illegal acts of any sort, however I am aware that many children are taken from their parents due to flimsy, false, or mistaken accusations and I want to help those children return home.

The child agencies are eager to sign you up for other peoples children. Why not, the bigger the caseload the more secure their own budget projections!! You are expected to be saints or angels protecting these kids, many of whom are not easy to love, constantly want to go right back to some earlier situation, and the agencies undercut you at the least sign of supposed unhappiness of the child. Is this how they repay decent care givers, lumped in with the bad ones?
