This strategy will only work on a money map. First, build a probe while sending the others to mine. While it is building, you should have saved 50 minerals by the time it comes out. Build another probe. By the time this one is done warping in, you will have enough to build a pylon. Save up for a forge. While it is building, keep building probes and pylons. When the forge comes in, have enough money to build pylons around your choke point, and prepare to get cannons. get a gateway or two, two assimilators, and a cybernetics core. While theses are warping in, expand your probe "union" to 28 probes. Put a few to work in the assimilators. Do NOT build more than 28 probes! it will waste supplies. By now, your cybernetics core is in. Now, build a city of adun and a robotics facility. while these are coming in, save up and build 4-6 starports. And 2 fleet beacons. Now, your city of adun is done. Build a templar archives, then an arbiter tribunal, and an observatory. When the archives warps in, build 2 or 3 dark templar to protect your cannons at the front from reavers and seige tanks. Start saving up, and when you get enough, build 12 carriers, 3 arbiters and 3 observers. Build another 3 observers after they are done, which is before the carriers. When the carriers are done, fill them with interceptors. while the interceptors are on their way, build 3 more arbiters, and 12 scouts. You should have just enough supplies. Reasearch all air upgrades, interceptors, and the recall ability. Move the arbiters from opposite sides of your enemy's base. move in, and recall the massive fleet. All 12 carriers and 12 scouts, along with the six observers. The fleet will be cloaked immediately, and attack all detectors before anything. Use stasis if you need it. Have fun killing your enemies! The interceptors are like a swarm of locusts!

CreepColony's Opinion: You might have trouble getting your arbiters in their base if they have lots of air defense, so you might want to hallucinate your arbiter and send them in first to take the damage.
