build 2 groups of Seige tanks and 2 groups of Goliaths, and maybe bring along a few SCV's to repair heavily damgaged tanks or goliaths.
advance to the entrance of the base.
Line the Seige tanks in 2 gruops
make sure that the goliaths are in the middle of the 2 gruops of Seige tanks
Once you have destroyed everything in range un-morph the 2nd line and advance him up in front of the first line and let the first line defend the 2 nd line while they are moving and morphing. Agian put the Goliaths in the middle of the bunch,

CreepColony's Opinion: Hmmm...seems like a good strategy. Only thing I would add is the number of tanks and goliaths. 12-24 of each seems like a good number.
