Using Lockdown

1. Get 6 ghosts.
2. research cloaking and lockdown.
3. When the opponent attacks, select a indevidual ghost and lockdown two units.
4. repeat step 3 untill all are locked down.
5. bring in valkries or goliaths!
THIS PISSES OFF TERRANS SO MUCH!!!!!! AND TOSS TOO!!!!!!!
The only drawback is that it has no effect on zerg!
P.S. Dont let your ghosts all use lockdown on one unit!Select them individually!

CreepColony's Opinion: This doesn't really explain much about lockdown, and probably won't help much, but I decided to post it up anyways. But I'll give it only 2 points for the contest, because it's more like a tip.
