The wRyetterz stirke

Okay, see. I'm the third shift pressman for teh Albia Times. Uh, see, our writeraz and edeters went on strike today (Say "Union YES!"), and so, you know, like the guys and me, we flipped a coin, see? So, well, you know, that's like why I'm the one who got stuck writting this here thing.

Aktually, Vinnie--the guy who cleans the doktor blade--he was supposed to write it, but he lost his hands in a trajic blender accident at our last Cinco de Mayo party. So, I felt obligaged to do this for him since he can't do it so I'll do it.

So, I guess I could tell you a joke, or somehting?,./ Okay, I gots a good one:

These two guys at a bar are talking. The one guy says to the other, "My IQ is 143, what's yours?" The other guy answers, "146." So they start discussing quantum electrodynamics and such.

The next guy down the bar overhears their conversation and turns to his neighbor, saying, "My IQ is 120, what's yours." The other man says, "Also 120." So they start talking about politics, current affairs, etc.

The fifth guy down the bar then turns to his neighbor and says, "My IQ is 91, what's yours?" His neighbor says, "88." So they start talking about football.

Number seven guy says to number eight, "I am IQ 68, what you?" Number eight replies, "Bibble" And they start drooling on each other.

It finally gets down to the end of the bar where the ninth guy says to the last guy, "My IQ is 43, what's yours?" The last guy says, "My IQ is 40 . . . wanna play Creatures?

The views expressed here are those of the third-shift press chief at the Times and in no way represent the views of the Times with regard to its opinions of people with either high or low IQ's, and certainly do not depict the Times' view of third-shift pressman. First and second shift . . . that's another story.
