Difficulty level: *(beginner)

Materials: About 1 ounce of Lily Sugar Babies 100% Baby Cotton worsted weight yarn, crochet hook size E (3.50 mm)

Gauge: 4 v-sts = 3" across top of sts; 2 rows of v-sts = 1"

Finished size: About 5 1/2" high x 3 1/4" wide

Starting at the bottom, ch 24; join with a sl st in the first ch to form a ring. (Be careful not to twist ch when joining.)

Round 1: Ch 5 to count as the first dc and the first ch 2, dc in the same st as joining, skip next 2 ch, *(dc, ch 2, dc) in the next ch, skip next 2 ch* Repeat from * to * 6 times; join with a sl st in the 3rd ch of the beginning ch 5. (8 v-stitches)

Rounds 2-10: Sl st into the first ch-2 sp, ch 5 to count as the first dc and the first ch 2, dc in the same sp, (dc, ch 2, dc) in each remaining ch-2 sp around; join with a sl st in the 3rd ch of the beginning ch 5. (8 v-stitches)

Round 11 (ruffle): Sl st into the first ch-2 sp, ch 4 to count as the first dc and the first ch-1, (dc, ch 1) 2 times in the same sp, (dc, ch 1) 3 times in each remaining ch-2 sp around; join with a sl st in the 3rd ch of the beginning ch 4.

Round 12: (Sc in the next ch-1 sp, ch 3) around; join with a sl st in the first sc. Fasten off. Sew bottom seam closed. Weave in ends.

Tie: Ch 80. Fasten off.

Finishing: Weave the tie through the v-sts on row 10. Pull up a hanging loop opposite the ends of the ties and knot. Insert soap. Pull ties tightly to close and tie in a bow.
