This web site has been constructed to share information I have gathered on the families listed. All the families listed with the exception of Croad, Nicklin and Harnden are from the Hereford and Worcestershire area's. The Croad's are believed to have originated from Holland, but this is by no means certain. The bulk of the UK Croad's can be traced back to Dorset. The Nicklin and Harnden families are from the Warwickshire area. This family tree has now become a major project, and I would love to hear from anyone who can help fill in the many gaps that exist. I would particularly like to hear from any Non UK Croads, who could add any information on emigre families.

I have added an extra page with informtion that I am hoping that someone out there can help me with. A branch of our joint family includes the name Starkey. It has been a problem to get as much information as I have, but there are still some major gaps. If anyone looks at this page, and thinks that they may be able to help please let me know.
