pla-ni-sphere, n. [plane + sphere]:
a projection of the celestial sphere onto
a planar chart showing the stars visible at a particular
time and place.
The planisphere is an ingenious device dating back to ancient Rome.
It consists of two wheels.
The bottom wheel is a star map, and the top wheel
has an oval cutout - the horizon.
As the star wheel turns, different parts of the map become visible
through the oval, representing the stars rising above the horizon.

Very easy and straightforward to use ...
I would recommend this program to anyone.
A simple but very useful astronomy guide.
Well worth the price.
I've tried several of the $10-$20 Astronomy programs for Palm,
and this is the best of those for the casual stargazer.
Fantastic value ... I have had it for
a couple of weeks and no sign of any problem.
Very nicely designed and extremely easy to use ...
I am very happy with it!
Very useful even for the non-astronomer.
Simple, elegant interface.
Simple yet comprehensive ...
The more I use it, the more I enjoy it.
