INFORMATION & RESOURCES FOR JULY 2008

July is the month of Independence celebrations for our country and its citizens with disabilities. Hope your celebrations are wonderful. Here is the July 2008 collection of disability related news, publications, upcoming events, and web sites. I am pasting the document into the email since attachments prove to be a problem for many recipients of this email.  Also, anything listed here does not imply my personal endorsement. My intent is to include a wide variety of resources while staying away from anything too commercial or partisan.

If you have requested a copy as a Word attachment, you should have already received it. If you did not, just email me at maggieroffee@msn.com and I will add you to my “Word” distribution list. This collection will be posted on the NAGCPWD’s website at http://www.kcdcinfo.com/index.asp?NID=128.

I greatly appreciate your emails letting me know about new national resources and when there are problems with listings in this document.

Since spam blockers are becoming quite particular, you may want to put my two email addresses in your address book. They are margaretroffee@yahoo.com and maggieroffee@msn.com
