On-Line Registration for The Administrator's Life
To reserve your place at the next Administrator's Life seminar, fill in the form below and click the "Submit" Button. You may then confirm your registration and send your payment by surface mail. For your protection, we do not accept on-line payments. We will hold a place for you for four weeks once we have received your on-line registration. Your surface mail confirmation will hold your place until your school issues a check in payment of your registration fee. Please makc checks payable to David Mallery Seminars and send to the address above. The check must reach us by January 1, 2004. Cost to the school: $995.00 per person overnight. (The comfortable rooms, with private bath, are doubles); $895.00 if staying at home. Early arrival on Tuesday, February 3, can be arranged at an additional cost of $115.00. To notify us of an early arrival, choose "Early" from the "Arrival" popup menu below.
