Designing web pages and related stuff started out as a hobby, but now it seems to be developing into some what of a business *g*. Old Friends and Classmates:
It's always a special moment when you reconnect with old friends and now it's so much easier to do then ever. I have renewed some very special old friendships because I'm registered at Classmates.com and now that has evolved into plans for a joint class reunion "Reunion of the '60s". AOL:
AOL is where I spend a lot of time..I started out as a chat host there in Digital City Houston what seems like a long time ago now, but really only about 5 years. Then became part of a newly formed Ranger team (Rnger DAZ) helping new members learn all the ins and outs of AOL. More changes...Rangers were absored into the AOL Help Community and given new names, new chat rooms, new administrative folks. I was one of the Voluntary Team Leaders the the Help Community Chat HOSTS, but now just host a New Member Help Chat. In THRIVE, I started out as a chat host in the Dating & Relationships Chat room as (who else)HOST THRV Dazzle hosting some fun chats about dating and relationship issues. As the virtual community grew changes took place to accommodate it and chat rooms got new names. That room was renamed "Thrive Relationships Room", chats were still about all the various issues regarding relationships. As the Community Manager for the AOL Sexuality chats, there was also the Sexuality Salon with some great discussions on healthy sexuality in relationships. With another reorganization many of the old hosts, myself included are no longer there and chats moved to the web. At the end of Dec, 2001 Thrive no longer exists. How very sad!! I met a lot of terrific people there and made some wonderful friends wo will always have a special place in my life.

I have begun a new adventure in the hosting world on AOL, in the Careers & Workplace community. Lots of good information there about any career you're interested in and some very friendly people. Click this spot to see my webpage for this area.

Since I've gotten so much into developing my web site, I decided to try my hand at creating my own site banner and kinda surprised myself with how nice it turned out. You may see it pop up on the Link Exchange on various sites or on other banner sites , but I wanted to share it with everyone here first. Soooo....here it is....

Hmmmm....Evolving relationships:
Will have to update this as I think of things to say...but have often had some discussions with people about the changes in dating for people who have been out of it for some time. Why is it ok for men to date younger women, but women dating younger men usually gets a negative response from most people???? If you have any thoughts you'd like to share on this, please email me.
Please don't misunderstand...I don't let other people's opinions color my judgement about who I will or will not spend time with *g*. AND I personally like younger men!! Just not too young..so don't take that as a personal invitation
