Dwain is a Certified Presentation Judge, Presentation Coach, Performance Coach. He was previously served as a certified Stage Presence Judge, Past Southwestern District President, former Presentation Board of Revue member and as Music Director for the RiverCities Jubilee chorus in Shreveport, Louisiana and the Greater East Texas - Sound Connection Chorus. He is presently a full time coach of quartets and choruses throughout the United States, Canada and abroad.
In addition to coaching many top Barbershop Quartets and Choruses, Dwain's coaching also includes such names as Blues Guitar Great Kenny Wayne Shepherd and the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band. Kenny's first album release "Ledbetter Heights" skyrocketed to the top of the charts where it stayed for 24 weeks in a row. Kenny's second album "Trouble Is" and third album "Live On" have also gone to the top of the Charts. All three of the albums have now achieved Platinum Status....Kenny Wayne was awarded two Billboard Music Awards, Blues Album of the Year for"Trouble Is" and Rock Track of the Year for #1 hit "Blue on Black"....He received a GRAMMY Nomination for "Trouble Is."
Dwain has served on the Society's "Harmony College" staff for the past 11 years and many District "Top Gun" and "Mini-HEP" schools throughout the Society.
Dwain was formerly self employed in the Retail and Wholesale Screen printing business, and as Internet Marketing and Merchandising Manager for the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band. He now travels extensively throughout the Society and coaches Quartets and Choruses.
Dwain and his wife Kitty live in Shreveport, Louisiana were they enjoy their leisure time with their 3 sons, and 8 grandchildren.
