They have sample e-mails so you can e-mail your friends and family, but the best way to get referrals is to have your own web site. If you do not have a web site and are interested in making your own, there are several tutorials you can find on the internet that are free of charge. On the bottom of this page is a link to one of the web sites I used to make this web page. It was not difficult and since I did not have much computer experience it was rewarding.
This was just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to pay to surf programs. I have seen web sites listing 30 or more paid to surf programs. The ones I have listed above are the ones that I liked and thought they gave me potential to earn money.
