October 21, 1998 - Email from Attorney Barnard:
The next step is that Dr. Gamette will be served (personally delievered to him by a Sheriff or Constable) with the court papers and he will have twenty (20) days to respond in writing to the court. When he files that answer with the court, we will determine what our next step will be.

November 6, 1998 - Donna's attorney Brian Barnard gave us permission to go ahead and publish TTY conversation between us and the doctor's office. It is not appropriate until the doctor gets a copy of it first. It is best not to let the doctor take advantage of this TTY conversation until it is made public and that the doctor has a copy of it.
