He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 67th Armored Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. He will be sorely missed by us and all that knew him. Thank you Aaron for your bravery and your ultimate sacrifice in defending our freedom.

Comments:I have heard Reggie sing now for over 35 years, starting from him singing at Drayton Street School in the early 1970's where he song an Al Green song and the crowd went wild. Such a big voice from a little boy and now an even bigger voice from a very big man. We all knew he was going to turn the world on with his voice. Comments: It was a true pleasure to have Deas-Guyz play at my daughter’s wedding. This talented group of musicians provided entertainment for a diverse group of 200 guests. The professionalism of the band shines through in the details attended to by each of the band members. Our evening began with introductions of the wedding party and family. Every name was pronounced with complete accuracy. The evening proceeded with continued attention to detail and a graceful flow under Reggie’s direction. Meeting our varied musical requests was not a challenge for this band. Our suggested list of songs was covered throughout the evening. Deas- Guyz complimented our chosen tunes with an appropriate mix of their own, catering to the likes of the three generations. The pace of the celebration was conducted with care. Guests began to dance even before dinner was served and were up between courses. Following dinner, the reception kicked into gear and Reggie’s velvet voice resonated throughout the evening. Thank you, Deas-Guyz for an incredible evening of music.

Comments:Deas-Guyz just played our wedding, and they were fantastic! You couldn't pull us (or anyone else for that matter) off the dance floor. I cannot tell you how many people commented on how amazing the band was. Their rendition of "At Last" was flawless - what a perfect first dance! The band learned Hava Nagilla for us, and you would have thought they had been playing it for years. Aside from being extremely talented musicians, they were all so fun and friendly. Comments:We came to Hilton Head Island on vacation & our "hostesses" Peg & Al (who frequent the Jazz Corner) insisted that we come on Sunday night to see you guys play. We quickly found out why. What a show!! We weren't sure what our 5 yr old daughter would think of it, but we took the chance. She ABSOLUTELY LOVED it!! Tessa watched intently (especially Mike on the drums!), sang along to some of the songs she knew, clapped & hooted & hollared!! Your band is awesome, we can't wait until you release your cd. Thank you again Mike for taking the time with Tessa, showing her the drums, getting her on stage during a song & giving her the drumsticks.... she now wants Santa to bring her a drum set. And she has yet to put those drumsticks down. The show was definitely a highlight of our trip & for our friends that we stayed with. Thanks again!! Comments:This is a really nice website. My husband and I are originally from Det., MI (Motown) and I first recently heard about you all through 2 co-workers. My parents and brother and family plan to come to SAV for Thanksgiving Holiday. Comments:Caught your show for the first, but not the last time, at Louis' in Pawleys Island last night. We were the group with Cleveland (cowboy hat)Graham. We have been stuck listening to the beach bands in the area and finally got to hear the music we really love. You guyz rock and non-stop for two hours. Comments:I just heard you at the Jazz Corner. It was wonderful!!! Every member of the band was fantastic. I would love to have fingers that moved like your keyboardist. Your sax Kenny was as mellow as they come. Your lead guitarist had a voice as well as rhythm. The drummer was great. Mike on the bongo drums was so good and your bass guitarist was so cool. But, Reggies's voice was the icing on the cake, smooth and rich like cream. My sister Jan and I agreed that we had danced all over our seats by the time we had to go. We loved it.
