Oscar-winning composer and lyricist JAY LIVINGSTON, 86, who with longtime collaborator Ray Evans penned such hits as "Buttons and Bows" (for Bob Hope) and "Que Sera Sera" (For Doris Day), the Christmas carol "Silver Bells" and the Nat King Cole classic "Mona Lisa," died on Wednesday in Los Angeles. He also wrote the theme song to TV's "Mr. Ed".
