This private enclave has every amenity in a setting tuned to the most comfortable
rhythms of nature. Year round 84 degree daytimes are cooled by constant 15
mile tradewinds which drop to 10 mph in the 78 degree nights.
It overlooks the sea and the islet of Klein Bonaire, a half mile into a former
plantation transformed into a deed restricted community with underground
utilities and concrete roads. It's three miles from town with views of the
village and the occasional cruise ship. More than 50 pristine dive sites
marked for entry from the shore are within a few minutes drive.
Luxury here is defined by 350-count sheets, stereo and a 35-inch cable TV,
spacious fresh water pool, and elegantly casual furnishings in an open-air
40 foot lanai. Every conceivable American appliance is found in both the
main house and kitchens of a pair of self-sufficient guest houses, each with
front and rear entrances. Ideal for a couple traveling with staff, the setting
assures the utmost in both privacy and security.
Every detail has been considered in this holiday haven, where guests have
the use of the finest accoutrements to comfort. Although rarely needed, the
master bedroom and both guest houses are fully air conditioned. The house
and its grounds are furnished with the best pool floats to hair dryers,
microwaves to mixers and even a state-of-the art garlic press. Store dive
gear in the two-car garage. Drive-through tank refills are possible just
down the road.
This two-year old property is the only one of its kind on all of Bonaire.
The prosperous Dutch island, with its 14,000 population, has several nice
restaurants and resorts, including one that's clothes optional. Beach
Passes to private Nude Beach/Snorkeling are provided. It's 2-1/2 hours
from Miami or Tampa and just a few minutes flight from either Aruba or
Curacao.
